Steak was good and flavorful. No sides included , and no sides even on menu. Yes, as crazy as that sounds it’s correct. Unless you want French fries. No other starch items and no vege items. Very limited menu and wait staff said everyone is complaining and saying the same thing but no action. Amazing for an Omni. Best bottle of wine offered was prisoner cab. Very small wine collection.

Service was made sure it was close to excellent, ambience was perfect, value was affordable, food could've been better since most the items had ran out and finally when decided for a dish, we had to order it twice since the 1st time we had forgot to mention of peanut and mushroom allergens. However, staff had made sure to make it right and took care of it right away. However, had to give it a second chance amd it came out righg except this time it was over seasoned woth salt. So, we had just settled for the shrimp tacos which came out delicious. Otherwise, this place was amazing and we would definitely go back again to enjoy this restaurant.

Great restaurant for a date night. Beautiful view of the whole city! The service our waitress provided was outstanding! The ambiance and interior design is top tier, & the food portions were a little smaller than expected but very well-presented and tasty.

We had a very enjoyable experience dining here on Friday night. The ambience and view are spectacular and should draw anyone in, but the food and drinks were also excellent. We ordered food with the intention of sharing each item so we could each try it all. This is definitely the way I recommend dining here as well. The lamb empanadas, tacos, and "pull apart burgers" (pretty much fancy sliders) and fried and they were all delicious. The tuna tartare and jamon ibirico were also good. We finished with a dessert and were full and satisfied by the end of the meal. The service was great, we were able to eat at our own pace, but nothing took a long time when we ordered it. Our server was very attentive as well. The bill was what we expected and not outrageous for 5 plates, a couple cocktails, and a bottle of wine. Overall we were very happy with the restaurant, my only complaint would be that the hotel requires you to valet and pay $10 for it. If the restaurant wants to draw in more local customers they should offer to validate their valet parking at least. I think this would work out better for the valets as well because people are less likely to tip them directly if they are having to pay a fee to valet. I could see this being a deal breaker for some locals to go back here.

Our server was incredible but she was consistently waiting on the bar for our drinks. Every cocktail took over 25 min to get us from when we ordered it. I think they need to work on their organization. Food was good but not super impressed with the menu options. Their Instagram makes this place look super fun and exciting, a bit of a let down.

I expected sooo much more. They’ve been open since March and still haven’t gotten it together. From the moment we arrived the server took 15min to take our drinks. The noise was too loud and the food also took forever. We ordered guacamole and chip and that took 30min. Just for an appetizer. Such a disappointment to get stale chips!!!! WTH honestly not kidding it’s mediocre across the board. Not to mention, you’d think an unobstructed view of camelback would be perfect for a rooftop restaurant, but no they decided to place a freaken bar in front. Ohhh by the way go after sunset if you dare. The sun literally blinds your eyes and they don’t have shades to cover it. It was so painful to see other tables having a miserable dinner.

After we were seated it took someone 30 minutes to come and greet us to even get a drink. The waitress took so long to even come back to take our order for a second drink i had to go up and keep ordering myself at the bar for my table. i would understand if maybe they were busy but they weren’t.

I was sorely disappointed with this restaurant. Being brand new you would expect them to pay extra attention to detail and customer service. Unfortunately this was NOT the case whatsoever. My girlfriend and I had a few drinks each, and one main dish each, the total was over $200... I have no issue spending this or more on a nice dinner but when the food is incredibly sub-par, the drinks are missing key elements and when they run out of crucial ingredients we are told as the item is brought to us without an option to change our order. There was a manager present and with only 5-7 tables occupied the whole night you would expect him to check up on the guests but this did not happen ONCE. Instead, he and another employee stood in the corner for 10-15 minutes at a time talking/joking with each other while guests waited and waited. (Pros): Great views and ambience. Comfortable seating and options for large and small groups.

It was okay, not really noteworthy in either direction. Patrons were at about half capacity but sadly too many were dressed Street casual, which was out of place with the rest that dressed more purposefully stylish.

Food was just ok for the price. My steak was tuff and the portion was very small. Wife had the sea bass it was good but small again. We ordered fries when done because we were still hungry. Waitress was great. Go for drinks but eat somewhere else.

This was our first time here. It took over 20 minutes for a server to come over to our table. Since it took so long we decided to put our food order in right away. 45 minutes later we still had no food. We had tickets for an event so we ended up cancelling our food order. When we did, the server was short with us and then started saying negative things about us to the manager. The manager never came over. There are thousands of restaurants in Arizona; you only get one chance. This place was a 0. I will not return or recommend.

Was told valet was comped but then upon arrival it wasn’t. The service was slow. The manager told us we can only split checks into 4 for a large party because (somehow modern technology doesn’t allow Individual tabs? ) My drink was half the size of the normal glass it should’ve been in , it was comped after s complaint but the food is not worth the price. Atmosphere and decor is cute but prob not returning here

I sat outside and the view was great! I loved the sunset and once the sun went down, the ambiance with the sultry lights outside was perfect. The drinks were very good especially the sparkling guava colada. The food was okay. We had the fries and the churro fritters. The fries were good. The churros dough didn’t have flavor but the ice cream that came with it was good and made up for it. Overall I just mainly went for the views and the drinks and I would go again for that reason

Wonderful spot! Me and my friends chose Lucero for our bookclub meeting this month. Our server Katie was wonderful, attentive, and addressed us each by name. Service was outstanding with incredible views of Tempe you can’t beat! 10/10 would recommend.

The view is terrific but that’s about all this place has to offer. I would recommend going for a drink at sunset and then leave. The food was average and way overpriced. They charge $16 for blue corn chips from a bag with a tablespoon of guacamole. Chilis has better chips and dip. They don’t know what Naan bread is but have not problem charging $15 for a few “pita chip” and oil. The one redeeming item we had was the pull apart slider. That was good. Hard pass. Would not recommend, would not try again.

Excellent atmosphere. Very attentive. The guitarist was an awesome addition to the beautiful sunset dinner on the patio. They even brought us a courtesy dessert for our special anniversary dinner.

Everything about this place contributes to an amazing vibe and elevated experience. The entrance off of the elevators is stunning and the views from the 16th floor are awesome. The menu is unique and tapas / shareable. Our party of 3 shared several items, including the pull-apart wagyu burger, tuna tartare, Moroccan lamb empanadas, shrimp tacos, and the jamón ibérico & burrata plate. We finished it off with some of the best churros we have ever had. The service was great as well, both at the restaurant and throughout the lobby of the hotel, guiding us to the restaurant. This is a great and unique addition for Tempe.

Wait staff & atmosphere were excellent. When we arrived, the valet failed to tell us that parking wasn’t validated at for the restaurant. Waited 15 minutes for them to return our car when we were ready to leave. It changed our mood for the whole night.
