   The hanger steak was tough and not enjoyable. The French onion Salisbury steak was not as good as it used to be, looked like a hamburger patty this time. We were disappointed to say the least with the quality of the food. Tia, the server was awesome as per usual.

   The service was terrible. I am a regular customer and we have eaten there on many aholiday weekend with no issue. Terrible waitress this time 25 min to get our Waffle and she did not check on us at all the entire time we were there. Had to ask for the check NO TIP this time.

   The food is just ok..I’ve tried just about everting on the menu and it’s just food..nothing special. If you are hungry, it will fill you but the food is 100% forgettable.

   Went in for a specific dessert, however, was told that particular item was from TWO YEARS ago. It does NOT take much to have the menu on your website updated. Needless to say, not only is such lack of effort shamefully disappointing, but also minimizes potential returning customers. I, for one, will not visit again.

   Food was good. Service was TERRIBLE! We tried them twice because of the convenience of the location while staying at the Red Rock—once for lunch and once for breakfast. It was a horrible experience each time. At breakfast, we waited 15 minutes to order our food and then waited 45 minutes to get the food. Tables all around us were seated after us, ordered after us, and got their food before us. Many were paying and leaving before we got our food. No staff member addressed us as we waited and waited and waited. We finally found a manager to talk to, and she…did absolutely nothing. No apology, no compensation of any kind, nothing. Our food came just as she looked our way, and then she just disappeared. Never spoke to us again. We will never return here. I don’t mind paying premium prices at a premium hotel, but I expect premium service. I can get better service at a much better value anywhere else. It’s sad, because the rest of the resort was a great experience.

    Went here for Easter lunch. We were a little early for our reservation but we’re immediately accommodated by the amazing hostess, Shelly. So friendly and a big smile greeting us as we walked up! We were seated outside (in the shade) with a nice view of the pool area. The music from the party at the pool could be bothersome for some so keep that in mind if you choose to eat outside. Our server, Amanda, was amazing and friendly and very attentive. We ordered from the special holiday menu and the food was all good with nice presentation. Overall a very good experience and recommend here for most any time.

    We usually eat breakfast here but yesterday arrived at lunchtime. We both ordered the fish tacos and loved them. 3 tacos with chips on the side were plenty to fill us. The fish was cooked perfectly and we liked the toppings of pineapple, tomato and shredded cabbage. We definitely would order again. We always make a reservation on OpenTable as soon as we know the time we will be arriving at Red Rock and a table is always waiting. Have never had to wait for more than 2 minutes. Service is always good and we enjoy the atmosphere. Also like that a manager or supervisor often walks around and asks if you liked your food. If you have any problems, you can let him know then.

    The food was terrible. There were 3 in our party and we didn't even finish our dinners. The server never checked on us, just cleared our full plates. Never asked how we were doing or needed anything else. Bad food and service, go somewhere else.

    I ordered corned beef and cabbage special. It WAS NOT like the picture you posted. The corned beef was thinly sliced and tough. I’ve had this before and your cooks didn’t make it right. At first they served it with brown gravy over the corned beef. I sent it back. Horrible meal.

    Our server was outstanding and very attentive despite having a very large area to service. Our order was taken quickly, and the food arrived quickly and was perfectly cooked and delicious. The portions were just right as well. Will definitely go back there to eat again.

    We love the Lucky Penny Cafe. Today was disappointing though. Long wait times after being seated and I ended up sending my inedible meal away. It was cold and super greasy. So much so, it made me not hungry after a few bites. My wife ordered over medium eggs that came over hard and cold along with cold dry hash browns. She was so hungry that she chose not to wait again and didn’t send it back. Instead, she ate a bad meal. Not the best performance by the kitchen today. That all being said, we still believe in the restaurant, tipped 25% and will continue to brunch there when we stay at the hotel. Everyone has a bad day after all.

    Hostess/manager did not bother to check our reservation request for our favorite server (we eat at LP three times a week) and she refused to see if he could serve us. We were seated in another server’s area. Our favorite server saw us and arranged to serve us despite what the hostess/manager led us to believe. The manager in question is not Toni who we really appreciate. This is not the first time we have had a bad experience with this manager.

    I like that you can make a reservation for this place. My family & I love this plane and their menu has a little bit of everything for our picky kids!! Amanda was our server & she had everything ready before we even had to ask for anything. Portions are huge & worth every dollar! Hostess, & our server made our experience awesome!!     This restaurant inside the casino. This is only reason I use it. The food is so-so. I am vegetarian and do not have for myself good food. The service is very slow. Example: 8am we have to leave casino, we spent one hour for breakfast. The price us not cheap, We xan it in California Fush Grill tofetger diner for $20,in Lucky penny the m9st cheap will be $34-40.The food does not have the taste. You eat and do not feel satisfaction. This restaurant did change tge menu and name 3 years ago. It is nesessary to chane menu again. Tgey not only changed this menu, they also vut the size if food.
