My mother who is 93 gave Christmas on Ice to her granddaughter and family and treated the whole family as well as myself to Lucky’s for supper. It was a wonderful experience. Our server Ashwini (sp?) was very good. The meals were all delicious and enjoyed by all. Calamari and a charcuterie board was enjoyed by all. Two had the salmon which was delicious and perfectly cooked. One had the Lucky’s hamburger and fries which was delicious. One had the steak frites and it was done to perfection. One had the Cobb salad which was delicious. One had the Caesar’s salad with chicken which she enjoyed. The coconut cream pie was sinfully delicious as well as the chocolate cake. The portions are very generous and many brought home some of their meal. The restaurant has a beautiful and clean atmosphere. Yes, the prices are a bit steep but the quality and portion size make it adequate. This was our second time and we would go we go again. Yoli

slow service was here before when it was really busy but our food was 40 minutes had to eat as much as we could since we were going to a show reservation was 5:45 got food at 6:30 ate in 10 minutes

Love the ambiance of this restaurant. The drinks, although overpriced were great and the menu had a great selection of foods and drinks. Service was great until the rush and then our table was forgotten.

I have been there numerous times this summer and always had a great dinner. The staff goes out of their way to make sure their patrons are completely satisfied. I found the noise level a little high for me perhaps because I’m slightly deaf in one ear, which has a tendency to vibrate. Excellent value for the money, food is always fresh and absolutely delicious. Dawn has been a great server for us on many occasions I do not hesitate to highly recommend this restaurant.

It was perfect before a concert at OLG. Waitress was delightful, kitchen was quick, food was okay, not over the top, but comforting (Meatloaf, burgers, wraps). Too full to try Coconut Cream pie which I hear is excellent. Recommend reservations to get table in lounge

We have been previously but the restaurant remains a gem in downtown Niagara Falls. The breakfast meal was served hot and it was delicious. The servers are few and busy as a result. The restaurant is essential open to the foot traffic in the galleria so it is not the quietest spot, even in the morning but still a great breakfast choice.

Lucky's was a great choice to dine before seeing a concert. Easy location, great menu and lovely wait staff. This place is a bit of a secret I think - other restaurants had wait lists while Lucky's had some limited space for walk in's. Best to be safe though and make a reservation. Excellent food - the red pepper feta dip was delish. Will definitely eat here again.

The experience was ok if you were in a hurry which we we’re not. The NY strip tasted like a diner steak you would get with eggs but the Tortellini was excellent as was the Pan seared scallops. Our server was attentive and pleasant.

The ambiance was the only great thing about the visit. The drinks were good / okay. The service was extremely slow and lacking. We waited over an hour for food, and we're only checked on once after we got our first drinks. The burger and chicken pot pie were overcooked, the burger was dry and the pot pie had a burn taste and a very disappointing pastry crust. The calamari was okay, nothing to write home about. There were no more than 5 parties seated at any given time while we were there, we saw other tables have issues with delays as well. Felt like we were intentionally not asked if we liked our food or experience because they knew the answer wouldn't be good. We'd never come back here.

The place was busy but the staff kept the guests accommodated very well. The cocktails were unbelievable..flavourful and very unique. We enjoyed the guacamole and chips as an appetizer and my wife and I had the fish and chips. The portions were huge and very tasty I might add. I highly recommend Lucky's

Had an exceptional dinner with our group of 8. Made reservations for 5....the staff was super and at least three servers were looking after us. Had a nice visit from the manager and others. Food was great and we really loved the chance to get together before the concert....looking forward to doing it again soon....

The service was outstanding, our server was very nice and responsive. The food was ok, nothing to write home about. Friends ordered the pasta which I had a taste and it was really dry and felt like the bolognese sauce was a few days old. The calamari was the same, dry, and seemed like they were a day or so old. I ordered the burger and fries which was ok, not the best I've ever had. I liked the skinny fries. We shared a coconut cream pie for dessert and it was very very good! All in all, not sure I'd go there again, except for a coffee /tea and a piece of the coconut cream pie.

Ordered medium steak, it was still mooing in the middle. Waitress was no where to be found and had no time to wait for it to be fixed and no where to be found when we needed to pay to catch our show. Drinks $17 expensive for what you get.

Beautiful place with nice meal. Near the asino place. You can choose between bar section or family section. All them are good. Well decorated. I recommend this restaurant to all and the cost is good value.

The place was almost empty at 6 pm on a Friday night, when the casino is very busy and before a show in the new 5,000 seat theatre. Given the poor quality of the steak they served two of us, we think we know why. Their $125 bone-in ribeye steak for two was a huge disappointment. Requested medium rare - came cooked medium Did not look like a 24 oz steak as advertised (and I order steak a lot) Poorly sliced. Chewy, not tender, and overly fatty. Asparagus served WITHOUT THE TIPS. We were told that is how they received it from the supplier. Don't believe that for a second. And if it were true, they should have sent it back, not served it. Poor quality control in the kitchen. 'Au jus' was horrible - the consistency of porridge and lumpy. The sauteed mushrooms were the consistency of chewing gum. The chimichurri sauce was, as confirmed by all 4 of us, terrible. The only bright spot was that the waitress was very pleasant and tried to make the best of it. Clearly, we won't be back, and we have a lot of friends who go to the casino that we will warn off the place as well. What a joke!

My family and I enjoyed a delicious breakfast at this beautiful restaurant . Service was very good!! The only downside was the parking, since it is inside the Fallsview casino and resort you have to park over there ( other parking lots are far away ), we payed 50 CAD for 2 hours. They should do something about it. Best eggs Benedict in the world, one of mi sons said.

We had 11 am brunch reservations for 8 and were squeezed into a booth. It was quite uncomfortable and the frustrating thing is there were 2 rectangular 4 top tables not in use that we could have been sat at. The food was amazing and our waitress’s was very attentive. We were however sad to see the brunch tower was not on the menu any longer.

Clean, family friendly, excellent food...loved the chicken pot pie. If you wish to have a total adult outing, you can choose to sit in the bar area. Special thanks to our server, Jessie, whose attention to detail and energy made our visit most enjoyable.
