   It was our first time being at Lucy’s. Absolutely perfect. The food was amazing. The ambiance was amazing. I will definitely be back. Thank you for making my daughters 19th birthday amazing.

   The service was great! The carbonara was very salty but I have had the pizza in the past and that was really good. The drinks were fantastic, I had the raspberry express and would definitely recommend.

   Food was amazing, staff and restaurant great! The A/C vents where we sat against the wall were sooo cold! Only complaint is the A/C vent placements and would ask not to be seated there again.

   Great dinner for four last night. We had a oysters, a pizza, bang bang shrimp, crab roll, two diff pastas, and the burger. Not a complaint in the house. Wine was on special too. 4man and played great songs and Ashley was a great server. Excellent spot!

   Food was phenomenal, as were, the specialty cocktails. The establishment is modern, and though on the loud end, the music was tasteful and fun. Definitely a vibe. Menu is unique and has a multitude of options for different palates. We arrived closer to opening and there were several staff waiting at the hostess both. All 3 failed to stop their conversation regarding their wknd plans to greet or acknowledge. Awaiting the end of their conversation, we were finally seated at our table. Overall, well worth a second visit.

   The pizza tasted like a very cheap sauce was put on it - and it was swimming in it. The pizza was burned and the thin crust tasted like a thick crust pizza had been spread very thin, rather than a typical type of thin crust dough. We had meat products on only half of the pizza, even though we clarified that we wanted it all, which meant that we only got half of the meat we should have gotten for the price. I could barely hear my two friends even though I was sitting right next to them. The service staff took ages to come around each time they were needed and provided very brief/minimal service support. I also don't know why the reservation form asked what occasion was being celebrated, as there was absolutely no acknowledgment by the restaurant that it was my friend's birthday. It's outrageous that we were charged $29 for that experience. I'll take Chucks or Warehouse any day over that again.

   I had a lovely first experience at Lucy's meeting my sister for dinner. The noise level was way up there as there was a couple group parties contributing to the atmosphere LOL but not overly distracting. Delicious wine and the service was exceptional. The wait staff was polite friendly and very attentive. The appetizers were mind blowing delicious! However the pizza did not live up to it's expectation. Thank you for having such a nice restaurant in the core of london, it won't be my last visit. Appetizers and wine next time!

    We enjoyed our food at Lucy’s! It was good however, we thought it would be better considering how much we have heard about it. We found the pizza to be a bit too soft and not a lot of flavour but it was still good! Our server was great and attentive!

    Food was really fantastic!!! Mocktails were amazing!!! Our server, Penelope, was excellent!!! She was friendly, knowledgeable, fun, and very attentive. It was our first time but we will definitely return. Music was a little loud, we had a hard time talking to each other + hearing server!

    Overall had fun, I could tell the server was a bit reserved and unfriendly but was trying very hard to be nice. Not an overall genuine experience but the restaurant was lovely and the drinks were made very well.

    A great place to go! Amazing cocktails and food. The vibe was fantastic. Great music that was just quiet enough so you could talk with your table while not hearing anyone else. Staff was super friendly. 10/10 will go again

    First 30 minutes no server acknowledged our table. Had to ask someone walking by for waters. Took another 20 minutes to get someone to deliver our drinks. Our food didn’t come out all at once. Half the table was half way through their meals before the others received there’s.

    The waitress never checked if we wanted dessert, and when we asked to order she told us we had to leave our table due to two hour limit. We left and did not have desserts.

    Vibes and overall aesthetic were very cool. The service was great and the cocktails were really good! The food is just okay but I think if you enjoy atmosphere and cocktails it’s a good time. The music was loud as other reviews have mentioned but it didn’t bother us.

    4/5! This place is a wonderful addition to London! The pizzas are incredible and come out consistently flavourful and hot every single time! A must try is their white-top Truffle pizza, I order this every single time even if it's just to take home! Lucy's loses a star due to its noise level. While chatter is something they can't control, I find the non-live music to be played far too loudly during dinner hours. Fridays and Saturday nights after 8? Bring on the noise! But if I'm shouting to hear my dinner partner at 5:45pm on a Tuesday, it's a little too much.

    Loved the food and service. Wish there was more of the lower table seating. We did find it quite noisy. Having said that, we will return - maybe just earlier in the week.
