Love this place - but for the second time - freezing cold vents blowing right on the table. Asked to have it turned down or off - but stayed on the whole meal - this was the second time … Simple solution - put a vent cover to redirect the flow or turn up the heat lol

Went out for dinner with my sister and a friend. Had a fabulous time! Was greeted at the door by a lovely hostess (who kindly took our photo at the end of the night) and our server Stevie was amazing! The food and drinks were excellent! Highly recommend!

Not greeted friendly, asked to please also hurry in to close the door, then told that although they accommodated our reservation we would be at a small table, which was right beside the bar so servers going by us all the time. We were quickly told about a 2 hour time limit, which I was not aware of, automatically that leaves you feeling unvalued and rushed. There is a way of presenting this to patrons. Service was incredibly slow, drinks took over 20 min to get to our table. Two of our orders were made incorrectly-resulting in 85% of our table getting their meals and finally beginning to eat them 15 min later so they wouldn’t get cold (we wanted to wait for everyone to get their meals) Although the food was amazing-the ambiance was Chaotic and considering the time limit you have, the service was awful. If you are going to have a limit you need to provide excellent service. First time and last time and will be sure to pass this along.

I have eaten at Lucy’s a few times and have had mediocre experiences with the food. However, last night our food was delicious. The fall menu looked great and there were so many things that we wanted to try. Highly recommend the blueberry and prosciutto pizza that was the highlight of our meal!

We were seated immediately and greeted by our server. Enjoyed Bang Bang Shrimp, Katsu Sando and pizza. Also got a pizza to go. Cranberry Mule was delicious!

I don’t write reviews, but felt one was necessary here for any fellow gluten free folks out there. We were quite excited to try Lucy’s. Heard great things. One of us has celiac Ie is truly gluten free. Finding places to accommodate can be challenging and we’re used to that. Lucy’s though advertised online that they can make any pasta or pizza gluten free, to which we were thrilled. When we arrived our server told us the same thing. But then minutes after ordering she returned saying that they’d just changed the menu such that they can’t make virtually anything gluten free anymore. By 7-8pm place was so loud that conversation was all but impossible even when talking loud directly across the table. Got our “dipping sauce” for our pizza entree 20mins before any food. Then the four entrees came out one at a time. Our starter salad came out last. Did not have a dessert menu so we were handed a quickly written menu in purple pen to review. Ordered a tea which never arrived. Food was did get in the end was quite tasty but our GF guest was severely limited. Cocktails were admittedly delicious. Service was very slow. Our server was frequently just standing at the bar. Took 30 minutes to get drinks and the place was not that busy - yet was staffed ready for full capacity. Took 30m to get the bill. Couldn’t find the server to flag her down. Had to walk across the restaurant - to the bar where she was standing idly - to ask for the bill. Probably a fantastic place for cocktails - not so much for dinner, definitely not GF friendly despite advertising otherwise, and not at all if you want to talk across a table over food or drink.

Was really looking forward to this visit to Lucy’s and was sadly disappointed. Drinks were good and our server was attentive but the food was sub-par. We ordered 3 apps and 3 entrees. The fries, ceasar salad, and burrata were all served quickly and were good. Our entrees (red wine chicken, truffle pasta, and beef short rib pasta) were all under seasoned and underwhelming. The red wine chicken lacked any sort of flavor and the dish was served almost as a stew which wasn’t expected. I will likely be back as the ambience and drinks are great at Lucy’s but I wouldn’t recommend if you’re looking for a place to have a great meal

Very nice place to eat. Very trendy ( made us old people feel young). Not cheap but not expensive and you get good portions of very good food. Overall we liked it very much and would highly recommend it

I love it! We got lucky because I tried to call and make a reservation on a Saturday night(last minute) and they were able to accommodate us! The waitress was very nice! I would recommend their their tacos and espresso martini! Love it! The vibe is fun! It’s pretty small resto bar, but I really love the interior. Very cute place to hang out with friends or have a cute date night.

Must try truffle shuffle pizza. Delish. Mojitos and coffee martinis are the best. But, if you're sitting at the bar after 10pm, your chairs are taken away. The music could louder for the night club hours. I would still recommend the place whether it's for the girls night or or date night

This restaurant is beautiful, feels like a little bit of Toronto dining but in London. But I just cannot figure it out. On the few times we have been, the food never comes out in any kinda order. 3 out of the 4 of us ordered appetizer’s but everything seems to come out at the same time, pizza came first but we were not sharing , that was one persons main???? Honestly not cool. Food is good at best, I have been more disappointed than I have been wowed. Sorry…

Had a wonderful time at Lucy’s. Tried the coco margarita and it was delicious. Also had the cauliflower, shrimp and a pizza. While all the food was fantastic the cauliflower was on a whole other level, so delicious! The service was friendly and prompt. We will definitely be back. Thanks for a wonderful dining experience.

Drive into town from Mississauga to take my son out for his 19th bday! Food was really great. A lot of things that I wouldn’t be able to make at home with I love! Many unique items on the menu! Great shareable plates. We had the oysters, only criticism is they really need to make a mignonette dressing for oysters. Wasn’t crazy about the one that came with. We then ordered the Katsu Sando beef which was amazing! And their pizza was also tasty and crust perfect. Not too thin and not thick. Ordered the Kim Crawford Sav Blanc delicious. They also brought over a large sparkler type thing and the table next to us joined in singing happy birthday. All in all a very happening spot. Great vibe great decor great food and lovely servers and hostess. Would def recommend! My son loved it as well. And I was very surprised how reasonable the bill was!

We tried most of the appetizers with margarita and truffle pizza. Everything was so delicious, service was good. The only drawback is the high noise level of the restaurant. However, definitely coming again!

Overall, my entire experience was awesome. Beautifully decorated, had a great server, food was ah-mazing!!! We ate a lot and didn’t feel heavy afterwards at all. The food tasted from scratch versus chain/processed. Will be going again.

This is my 4th time here and it’s always been an amazing time and I love the vibe.. The food is amazing.. Our Server Martin was amazing and kept checking in to see how everything is going… I would highly recommend this to anyone…
