Took friends from out of town for a special dinner. Food, service, ambiance were all good. However, they need to adjust the tap limit on their credit card tap machine.

I'm from Alberta and it was our first time visiting the Island to celebrate my husband's birthday. We were very happy with the service at LURE Restaurant + Bar, Delta Ocean Pointe Resort. Chase, our server, was very friendly and provided excellent service. I'm not sure if I have the correct spelling of his name, but he is one of the best servers I have ever encountered! food is very good + the view?????! whatttt !!! its so worth it! Definetly coming back!

We arrived a bit early for our reservation, but the staff graciously accommodated us. All the servers were excellent, providing an equally distributed, high level of service. Although the steak was slightly overcooked, its presentation still made it worthwhile. Additionally, they offer a complimentary dessert of your choice for special occasions.

Our only complaint was the 45 minutes we waited for our Cobb salads to arrive. We both ordered the same thing. Aside from one other table, the place was empty so we could see no obvious reason for the delay.

Lunch of Chicken Salad Croissant was delicious. All 3 of us enjoyed the food. The service was very good and the location and atmosphere was excellent

Visit was marred by excessively noisy table of loud young women seated next to us, not helped by overly loud Muzak. Had I been the first person there I would have asked for a different table but one of my friends had already arrived and was well-ensconced. However, scenery was rewarding, food was OK, server was fine.

Overall, our experience was wonderful. I ordered the Prawn Tagliatelle, and it was cooked beautifully. Normally I love spice and pepper in my food, but there was an overwhelming amount of pepper & arugula in this dish to the point where it masked the beautiful flavours of the seafood.
