The ricotta pancakes were delicious and fluffy. The topping was just like a banana’s foster. Pizza was perfect. The pepperoni curled up so you know it was good.

Not my vibe - very busy and noisy ('energetic'). Not good for an evening of conversation. Service is very good. Food was hit or miss. Wedge salad was superb and a little different. Meatballs not to my taste nor was the chicken parmesan.

Food was great...lobster bisque was delicious, with lots of pieces of lobster in it. Pizza was very good. My friend had the shrimp scampi and enjoyed it., Our server was outstanding, very attentive and helpful. We even enjoyed having conversation with him. Over all a very nice birthday lunch with a friend!

My favorite place to go when I’m in town. Food is great, service is always friendly and attentive whether I sit at the bar or at a table with friends. I love thé ambiance and vibe. Highly recommend!

We were surprised that they ran out of Cabernet wine about 5:15. We were celebrating a birthday and she ordered aPinot noir first that didn’t taste good so she tried Cabernet. That’s when we were told they were out. I just happened to see another server serving the red wine to another table so I spoke up. Otherwise service ok - food was tasty!

Great experience at M Italian, and really appreciate their recognition of Veteran’s Day! My family and I had a wonderful meal, and the special attention from both the manager and wait staff made it even more meaningful. We will definitely be regular patrons of this quaint gem in Chagrin Falls.

My son and his friends went for a birthday celebration. I called to see if I could pick up the tab quietly without causing any inconvenience to the restaurant/server. Gabby was so cheerful, helpful and efficient in making this a great surprise! I know they were busy, but Gabby was super glad to help. Just another reason to love this local gem.

Have dined here multiple times since moving to the area 9 months ago. We had a 4:45 reservation and the restaurant was surprisingly busy. Service on this visit was unusually slow (we were seated over 10 minutes before anyone arrived with water). My wife’s salmon was very good and a good sized portion. My filet was ordered medium rare and arrived more on the rare side. When it came time to pay the bill, I was l was a bit put off to learn that a $10 gift card “bonus” I received with a $50 gift card that was 3 days past the expiration date would not be honored.

I ordered only a salad and it was pretty good. Mostly spinach, though, so it was skimpy on the other ingredients, which made me think the chef could do better for $18. The chicken was nicely grilled. The green goddess dressing lacked flavor.

Service was very good, food delicious especially the chicken harvest salad-best dressing! Cool temperature in the ‘inside room’ kept us shivering; even asked that they keep the door closed since the lift doors were open but everyone kept opening the big door. Made for a frustrating dining experience.

Our entrees were very good, plus the drinks and the bread were fantastic. But the noise level is outrageous, like a crowded cafeteria. We were lucky to be outside, but it was still a challenge to hear each other speaking. We loved the food but unfortunately we were disappointed with the atmosphere.
