The food was great and the service was even better! Our lovely waitress was so nice and friendly. We learned so much about the restaurant from her.

Wonderful food in a great setting with very personable table service. We, a party of loud men, hired the upstairs room and were treated to a delicious set menu with more starters than I can recall and great quality beef to follow.

I really love this place. You can always count on great food, amazing wines, lovely and knowledgeable service with a great atmosphere. They're super educated about the provenance of their produce and only work with producers of quality ingredients.

If you don't go, you're making a huge mistake!!! Fabulous in every way

We had the set menu in the private room downstairs . Great ambience, perfect for a group of ~15, including hifi to play own music. Food, wine and service were all excellent.

Attended the Christmas brunch, great service and great food!

We were sat at the top in a separate dining area, when we mentioned we booked it so we could be in the main room the staff were extremely accommodating considering how busy it was. We were moved before our starters arrived. The food was amazing standard for the 3 course deal and bottomless prosecco was served so often we rarely had our glasses empty. Really great value for money and lovely place - will definitely be returning.

2nd visit to M. Food was superb as last time, but service disappointingly slow due to being much busier - pre Christmas rush so probably just unfortunate timing! Based on two visits, will definitely return

Excellent meal at great value on the set menu with unlimited Prosecco deal. Thursday night had a tremendous atmosphere and it felt like “the place to be”. Engaging, conscientious and very pleasant service.

You need to book for Brunch at M. They have a DJ, unlimited drinks and food and the best service ever. The atmosphere was amazing 😉

Nice ambiance and outstanding service.

We were told that we had 2 hours for the Santa Brunch, but were refused drinks after 1hr30mins. Service was generally slow and poor, with long waiting times between courses and drinks. Atmosphere in the restaurant was good, but by the time we arrived (3pm) everyone was vert drunk. Rushed out of the restaurant by rude waiters/door staff at 4pm and had our drinks taken off us.

We had a team Christmas lunch here, the food was great, and the free flowing prosecco was lovely too, the waiters topped up regularly. We didn't feel rushed, and thoroughly enjoyed our afternoon.

We had a lunch reservation 04/12 and selected the set menu. The food and atmosphere was great however we waited an hour between our starters being cleared and our main courses, it was only when we flagged this to staff that our main courses arrived. There was no back log as we saw other tables who ordered after us receive their foods and we had not stated any special requirements on the meals. This is hugely inconvenient for a business lunch during the week which should take c.1hour.

The restaurant had a lovely vibe, the waiter knew absolutely everything on the menu inside out and didn’t hesitate to give us food and wine recommendations. We had the Rib-eye steak which was delicious. We also had a chat with the manager who gave us his business card and told us to message him the next time we wanted to come dine. Absolutely amazing experience

We had our anniversary dinner here and M made it very special. The service was very personal and we got to know our waiter well. We were recommended the rib-eye steak which was delicious and we received a complimentary "Happy Anniversary" plate at the end of our meal. All round great experience- will definitely be returning soon.

Well hidden gem in the city, the restaurant has the perfect dinner vibe. The service was quick and our waitress was checking in on us so we weren’t left waiting. The food is very well priced and the wine selection was very big!!

Another cracking lunch at M. The set menu lunch is excellent value and delivered with care and attention. All of the staff are lovely and our main waitress was brilliant. I will return!

The staff with a beard was very rude. I wouldn’t recommend to family or friends to visit M due to the rude staff

Great experience all around! Steak board was really nice! Loved the USDA Prime fillet. Snickers was ok as dessert. Rest of the evening was a lot of fun!

We cound‘t pay with pur goumet Society pass that‘s not possible

We were told our table was ready but would be about 15 minutes. We were guided to grab a drink at the bar. After 25 minutes I checked on our table and was told it had always been ready. This was disappointing.

Very expensive for what it was, food was okay but really didn’t justify the price.
