Wings were good but thats about the only thing I was pretty satisfied with. The macho fries looked great but were average across the board. Cocktail I had was okay, and beer is beer, whatever. But the service was probably the most appalling part of this. The guy who seated me was odd and not welcoming but I brushed it off. Then our waitress was absent the entire night. It was difficult to order a second round of food and drinks and I had to signal someone for some help. Then when it came to paying for our food, our waitress finally came back trying to chat us up, but she was with another party for majority of the night. I should have left a much smaller tip but I feel empathy for servers and I tipped 20%, but I regret doing so. The price I paid for everything too was not worth it I feel either. This is pretty disappointing as I had high expectations and I have been meaning to take my girlfriend here for awhile too, but I will go elsewhere where my money will be spent better. Overall, I would give this place a 2/5 rating.
I went in the summer and it was great. Well, things have changed and I am not one to complain! The service was absolutely abysmal. We had four different servers and had to go get them every single time we required something. It put such a damper on the night. And there were maybe four other tables full. Brutal!
Delicious food and friendly staff. Kevin was great! Loved the ambiance, and the tunes.
The food was not good at all. Guacamole was brown and tomatoes in it were frozen, chips were cold.
Brunch food was good, especially with the unlimited mimosas option. They had a variety of juices to pick from if you don't want traditional orange juice and champagne. Staff is very friendly.
Great value, but bottomless mimosas are not bottomless. The service was slow to bring drinks to us and we were cut off at one bottle per person (no one was overly impaired).
Went on a not-so-busy night. Service was prompt with alcohol and standard when it came to our food. Our server was good. She was attentive and engaging. The food is small for the price, but it is a downtown restaurant, rent is not cheap there, so I understand why portions are the prices they are. All the food was delicious. We had burgers and tacos and everything was great.
I was very pleased with my dining experience.
It gradually got better being at Macho Radio Bar. Our server wasn't that enthused at first but that was mainly because he didnt try to get to know us at first, he was just "serving" us. The patio was gorgeous. The food did take quite long but it was fine, I only noticed how long it took after it came out.
I have enjoyed go to Macho Radio in the past but a couple of things were off on last Sunday. I ordered the Texas breakfast and my first bite eggshell. I figured ok things happen I'll let it go but another two bites in and yup you guessed it more shells. I didn't want to bother our server (she was Super Busy) I finished everything else and left the eggs she did notice and offered me more eggs but at that point I was put off of them. Also you have changed the brand of sparkling wine you have available for your bottomless brunch and if I'm being honest it was sickly sweet. Add juice to that and it's undrinkable.
So yeah not in a hurry to go back for brunch anytime soon or recommend.
Service was awful. It took 20 mins for someone to come take our order. We asked 2 other waitresses to please find out who would be assisting us before someone finally came. We were there for thor bottomless mimosas lunch, but there was a huge delay between when we were done our drinks and received our next round. There were two other parties who walked out because the service was so bad...we should have followed.
