Went to meet up with some friends for brunch. We were told he had to have a reservation to be seated, so we made a reservation while standing there (it wasn't booked up at all). Weird.

When we sat down our table was sticky, and it took us asking three times to have it wiped before it was actually cleaned. Our waitress splashed sauce all over my pants, shoes and jacket an pretended not to notice. Another highlight...

Food was ok (when we finally got it almost 1.5 hours after arriving), but service has really gone downhill.

Absolutely exceptional service, very comfortable seating outdoors with heaters (went for a birthday brunch on a cool spring afternoon), awesome casual environment for eating & drinking with a group of buddies. Portion sizes were on the small side for brunch - one person in the group left hungry.

Mimosas were warm boxed juice. Meals came half an hour apart for our table, and were mediocre at best. Only go for the patio and stick to beer if anything.

This is the second time I’ve been and service is really poor!! It was busy sure but the service is really lacking. Worst margarita on the rocks ... all lime no flavor I paid for the better drinks but I wasn’t impressed. The first time I was there the margaritas were better but this time they completely missed the mark

Fun environment with decent food however service was kind of slow.. they use to have a bottomless brunch deal that was amazing which is what we went for but they've gotten rid of it.. Other than that its a good spot if you're looking for a boozey brunch or somewhere to watch the game, they have good drink deals.

Great customer service! Love that I can make a reservation for brunch. Great location for brunch before an afternoon event at the Roger's Centre (e.g., Jay's game), and awesome deal for mimosas. Food was great!

My friends and I visited for the $2 mimosa fill ups, but in retrospect it's really not that worth it unless you drink more than 4 mimosas. The eggs benny that I ordered were tasty, but the portion was incredibly small and doesn't seem to be worth $13. Our server was very attentive and friendly, which made our experience very pleasant. Overall a good place to visit, but not quite worth the prices.

Good vibe. Tacos are a little small but sweet drink specials. Often, wait staff is understaffed so they're super busy and have a hard time giving each table timely attention.

Very disappointed that brunch was advertised in here until 4pm but in fact finished by 3pm. That was the reason we made the reservation and we had to find some other place

Wings were good but thats about the only thing I was pretty satisfied with. The macho fries looked great but were average across the board. Cocktail I had was okay, and beer is beer, whatever. But the service was probably the most appalling part of this. The guy who seated me was odd and not welcoming but I brushed it off. Then our waitress was absent the entire night. It was difficult to order a second round of food and drinks and I had to signal someone for some help. Then when it came to paying for our food, our waitress finally came back trying to chat us up, but she was with another party for majority of the night. I should have left a much smaller tip but I feel empathy for servers and I tipped 20%, but I regret doing so. The price I paid for everything too was not worth it I feel either. This is pretty disappointing as I had high expectations and I have been meaning to take my girlfriend here for awhile too, but I will go elsewhere where my money will be spent better. Overall, I would give this place a 2/5 rating.

I went in the summer and it was great. Well, things have changed and I am not one to complain! The service was absolutely abysmal. We had four different servers and had to go get them every single time we required something. It put such a damper on the night. And there were maybe four other tables full. Brutal!

Great value, but bottomless mimosas are not bottomless. The service was slow to bring drinks to us and we were cut off at one bottle per person (no one was overly impaired).

Went on a not-so-busy night. Service was prompt with alcohol and standard when it came to our food. Our server was good. She was attentive and engaging. The food is small for the price, but it is a downtown restaurant, rent is not cheap there, so I understand why portions are the prices they are. All the food was delicious. We had burgers and tacos and everything was great.

I was very pleased with my dining experience.

It gradually got better being at Macho Radio Bar. Our server wasn't that enthused at first but that was mainly because he didnt try to get to know us at first, he was just "serving" us. The patio was gorgeous. The food did take quite long but it was fine, I only noticed how long it took after it came out.

I have enjoyed go to Macho Radio in the past but a couple of things were off on last Sunday. I ordered the Texas breakfast and my first bite eggshell. I figured ok things happen I'll let it go but another two bites in and yup you guessed it more shells. I didn't want to bother our server (she was Super Busy) I finished everything else and left the eggs she did notice and offered me more eggs but at that point I was put off of them. Also you have changed the brand of sparkling wine you have available for your bottomless brunch and if I'm being honest it was sickly sweet. Add juice to that and it's undrinkable.
So yeah not in a hurry to go back for brunch anytime soon or recommend.

Service was awful. It took 20 mins for someone to come take our order. We asked 2 other waitresses to please find out who would be assisting us before someone finally came. We were there for thor bottomless mimosas lunch, but there was a huge delay between when we were done our drinks and received our next round. There were two other parties who walked out because the service was so bad...we should have followed.

We came to this restaurant for some dinner and drinks before heading over to see the Jays game. It was my birthday and 3 of us couples met up at Macho Radio Bar. I choose it because of its proximity to the Rogers centre and the fact that I love Tex-mex food. The experience started off great. We were stuck in traffic coming into town and came 25 min after our reservation and called them ahead of time to warn them and they were cool with that. When we arrived after 6pm on a summer Tuesday, both the patio and inside were about half full. Our bar waitress was great and our server was impressive as he remembered all of our orders without writing it down (which may have been why or experience took a turn for the worse lol). He did however, return and double check with me about what I ordered about 10 min later. We all ordered the taco Tuesday special (3 tacos for $10) and 2 apps - nacho fries and guacamole/salsa with chips. The apps were tasty but small. After about 45 min of waiting for our tacos we started noticing that 3 different tables around us who had arrived and ordered after us had already received and in some cases paid for their food. They came and apologized and said it would arrive shortly. We waited another 15 min and decided we wanted to leave as the baseball game had already started and we had now been waiting for an hour for tacos. Just disappointed as I wanted to try the tacos, and considering it was their special that day, and the fact that they only really need to be assembled, this should not have taken so long. The manager did come out and apologized as well, and to our surprise, covered the bill of the existing drinks and 2 apps on our tab, along with giving us a gift card (although they did not specify how much was on it). Kudos to them for stepping up as I do believe the order was just simply not put in. I will say that one of my friends (who works in the industry) did go and voice her displeasure so not sure if they would have been so generous.

The service I received was absolutely horrendous. She was very very rude and unfriendly, not to mention unhelpful our entire visit. We often had to ask another server for what we needed, and every interaction with our actual server was very hostile and unpleasant. It started to rain during our meal on the patio and our server did not tend to us at all. We were left standing awkwardly in the middle of the restaurant, and she refused to re-seat us - we had to find our own seat. When we were done we asked another server to find her to pay our bills, and ended up waiting 30 minutes to do so. We received better service from all other staff than the server we were expected to be tipping.

This is our second visit to this location and have received the same terrible, rude service both time. The first time I had hoped it was a fluke, but apparently it is a constant standard of customer service. I will not be returning and will be encouraging my acquaintances to dine elsewhere.

Went for bottomless boozy brunch and our waitress was virtually non existent most of the time - we always had to get up and go to the bar or find another server to get more champagne, mixer or even just to order our food. Too 2 hours for what could have been a quick meal

The service was terrible. We arrived and waited 30+ minutes to be served just our drinks. After we all ordered our food everything came out very staggered and everything was very cold and unappetizing. I was there for my birthday and was very disappointed with the service considering what we ordered was pretty simple. Most people at the table got bottomless mimosas and the ones who didn't only drank water. For food, we all ordered one thing without many modifications. My friends eggs were freezing cold when they came out and like I said, everything came out in 10+ more minute intervals. We saw that one of the managers took a seat at a table next to us when the servers were clearly having a difficult time and could use his support. We had to ask 3 times before we got our first round of drinks and everyone ended up not eating their food because it really was that bad. The same manager who took a break in the middle of what seemed to be a very stressful time for his employees finally came over to see how our service was and we all told him that we were very disappointed and most people sent their food back. After some thought he came back and said that everything would be taken care of because of the horrible service and overall absence of any servers or managers. When it came time to pay we were then asked to pay for the mimosas even though he previously said that *everything* would be taken care of. We paid for our drinks even though we were told we wouldn't have to. The restaurant itself has great atmosphere and a really nice patio but the service was truly terrible. I'm thankful that the manager at least took care of our food but in reality only 3 people ordered and ate their food because everyone else had to have theirs sent back. I would suggest the general manager read this review and talk to his staff. I'm sure myself and my group were not the only disappointed patrons. It was also Mother's Day that day so it would have been smart to have extra staff available.

Food and service were great! However the stools are so uncomfortable, low back and most of the chairs are missing bars at the bottom leaving them wabbly and without a footstool.

Unfortunately we likely won't be back because the seating is so terrible- food is great tho.

The food was alright. The tacos were cold when served and the flour tortilla wraps were hard on the rims of the tortilla not soft.

The flatbreads were really good though. Really fresh and flavorful. Will go back for the flatbread if anything.

Music was too loud as the night went on to talk

Service is quite slow though helpful. Perhaps under staffed. Went there for a playoff hockey game (a seemingly easy way to attract patrons) but it wasn't on and put on a karaoke night on a Thursday night? So we left and went to another bar down the street for a night of fun. Like call an audible guys!! Leafs playoff hockey > Karaoke. Get it together!
