    We were there for my husband’s birthday and we eat here pretty regularly and its always great! Food is always perfect and the service is amazing! They do a great job!!

    Amazing time. An awesome place to go for a small office group to have a little Christmas party. We were able to do a gift exchange, play a card game and just have a great time. Our sever was excellent. Will recommend to anyone from now on.

    It was a great experience at Maddhatters. The waitress was pleasant and took my order quickly. She checked up to see how the meal was. The Prime Rib special was amazing I would choose it again

    We went for brunch and we’re very disappointed. No buffet, very few items available to order. We all ordered bacon and eggs which weren’t on the menu but we’re available. One piece of toast and no jam. I wouldn’t call it a brunch but a very limited breakfast.

    I had their chicken burger and my wife had their chicken fingers. The breading on both was awesome. Both were very worth buying again.

    We had a group of 10 and the waitress was amazing making sure everyone was attended to water for everyone as well because we were all drinking she was fantastic, highly recommend.

    Excellent food and service. Was a little loud which meant talking pretty loudly. They were out of stock on a appetizer they are known for, merlot, and one other item.

    Food took a long time to arrive. I feel they were short staffed for the evening. Our server was friendly and doing her best. Music is way to loud! Really hard to carry on a conversation. Everyone yelling over the music at their tables.

    Food took a long time and was pretty quiet in there when we ordered. Waitress wasn’t overly friendly, not rude either though. One of us ordered steak sandwich she took the order half hour later she advised the grill was down so they couldn’t make steak sandwich. Another guy working there advised they just don’t have it so not sure what was truth. Fine if you don’t have but no need to lie and half hour after we ordered. Food was good though and prices are good.

    No where on the "restaurants" website, in the open table app or even when at the door, being seated by the hostess was there mention about about an age limitation to the location. We were asked to leave after the server asked the age of the 13 year old in our party of 6. So... who cares about the quality of the food? The service was abysmally disappointing and I would not be paid to eat here after the treatment we received. DO NOT RECOMMEND
