   Took over hr for mains to come, threw out my food when I asked for it to be packed to go, waitress drops ketchup on the floor and spills ketchup on my brand new shoes and she walks away doesn’t even get me a napkin or apologize leaving a security to apologize on her behalf and get me napkin to clean up after several minutes of standing there with ketchup on my feet. They put bacon in the Cesar salad although it was explicitly asked if bacon was in it due to a pork restriction they still gave my table a Cesar salad with pork bacon in it which one guest had started to eat so she was done eating for night as we were very upset. Also while the rest of us tried to eat our mains they moved guests from a smaller table over to a bigger one beside me and had a girl throwing her hair around and bending her butt over our food we asked the waitress to have her dance just slightly away from our food as we were getting our food late and she told us that’s how it is here nothing she can do. Which I understood was a partying kind of restaurant but to place someone drunk whos shaking her hair and but over someone’s meal causing one of our drinks to tip over as well is just rude and unsanitary. It Was my bday and We left early not even getting to enjoy our meal or have dessert because of how bad service was. Food was ok but music was terrible. Cleanliness went out the window to make room for dancing I feel both could have been done successfully. not a good experience im sad to say

   Honestly the worst. When you get there it’s nice ,but the prices for the quality of food is trash. My good was uncooked twice. I order the lobster pasta and it was uncooked both time. I ordered 2 crab cakes one has moderate sauce of the side the other one barely had any. They were very stingy with the caviar. Like honestly this place is a waste of money. Nothing special.    The food was atrocious. The greeter rolled her eyes at my girlfriend after telling us that we’re on a time limit. Lobster smelt rancid. I can’t ever see myself coming back here again.

    I did reservation for dining table but they seated us at a bar table in a very common area with lots of traffic !!! People were standing so close to the table that even some girls’s hair got into fire with table candle . I wasn’t expect this .

    Value for the money is poor. Service was mediocre. I had the octopus as an app and it was 3/10, it lacked flavour. The lamb was good, however the caviar twice baked potato was flavorless. Overall the meal looked much better than it tasted. Overall experience was a 4/10

    Waitress was cold, lacked personality, hardly followed up after the meal was served, We felt like she was in a rush to turn the table for another client. Music was too loud, beautiful decor. Being from L.A. i’d say lacking service and could use a better approach with clients.

    My friend and I had a very good experience at Mademoiselle. The food and service were excellent. The restaurant is very pretty and the music was great. Our only critique is that the food is pricey, but that said, it was very delicious and beautifully presented. I would recommend Mademoiselle to friends and I will definitely be coming back.

    Went to Mademoiselle for a bday celebration. The restaurant is aesthetically beautiful, and service was good. We ordered the osso buco, salmon and tuna tartare - all dishes had good flavour and portions were good. The price point of this establishment is definitely on the higher side (especially the drinks). It is more of a restaurant/party vibe, so the music, while great, is very loud - don't expect to be having proper conversations over dinner/drinks. Most of the clientele seemed to be celebrating, so there were a lot of large groups. It's a typical King W clientele on a Saturday night, so may not be for everyone, but my friends and I enjoyed ourselves. I'd recommend but expect to spend $$$ (on drinks alone).

    Octopus, over cooked and like chewy rubber. Osso Bucco was super soft, great portion size, but lacked any seasoning. Texture was fantastic but without flavour. Lamb chops, great presentation, great portion size, but again over cooked. Asked for Medium Rare and it come out Medium Well. Server was fantastic. Ambiance, out of this world great. Overall, great place for Instagram pics but if you want good food, I would not go here unfortunately. 3 out of 5 for me. Would have given them 2 out of 5 but the server was really attentive so gave them the extra star.

    Upon arrival, I was greeted by the hostess. It was wonderful. I was been taken to my seat, and within minutes my server was there who greeted us super friendly, explain the menu to us in detail we tried her recommendations. The only thing I would say I had the lobster and pasta and my lobster might’ve been on the grill too long. It was a little smoky, but the pasta was al dente and full of flavor. Our server was super friendly, so pleasant kept checking in on us making sure we had water. It was wonderful. I would definitely come back and try a different entrée.. it was my birthday, and everyone wanted to know where I was because everything looked fabulous. Thanks again for the lovely experience.

    Always an amazing time here. It’s a great spot for a night on the town whether it be for girls night or date night. Service is always great and the girls are very attentive. Music is great and it’s a great vibe. A little pricey BUT for a once in a while thing it’s totally worth it.

    Wasn’t the busiest night but it sure was a busy night of texting for all the staff! Every time I looked up I saw multiple staff members texting on their phones which included all the security/doormen, a man who looked like the manager, even the kitchen staff. Extremely unprofessional even if the restaurant wasn’t busy. Food was decent, had a couple of good app orders. The menu needs a little revision on some names and price reflection. This looks like more of a fun place to hang rather than fine dining. Music was great.

    Amazing!! First time at the venue! Was for my friend’s birthday! It was only the two of us but it was amazing!! Dinner, drinks, staff, the DJ; we loved it all and we will be back! We even got complimentary champagne while we waited for our table! Our server was really great too!

    Food was good, waiter was nice. The water claim that I saw on the reviews is true: water is 9$ a bottle no one tells you about it. The reason for my lower review is really the ambiance. This place is extremely loud for dine in. Club music played all night, as time went on it seems to get louder and louder. Me and my husband stopped having a conversation and just ate because we were yelling at each other and could barely hear. We didn't even get desert because of it being so unpleasant. They have small tables of 2 close to large party tables to top off the cake, there was a group of 6 guys beside us that passed the night yelling yeah 😒 anyway... If you are up for a party this is a great place, specially if you are looking for nice photos. If you are looking for a nice dining experience and a better restaurant I have many other recommendations on Toronto that will get you to a 5* experience.

    I brought my family here for dinner on a Monday. It wasn’t to hectic so I thought it would be ok! The atmosphere was lovely! We had two servers and both were so amazing ! Super fast and answers all our questions. The food was excellent !! Steak was perfection and dessert was on point ! Drinks were expensive tho … $30 for a cocktail (yikes)! We also met the owner. He visited our table and asked us if everything was well but one complaint. We were leaving and owner was outside . My husband who is very polite said good bye to him. Owner was polite but made a couple of obnoxious remarks one being Vancouver sucked (we’re from Vancouver )! He then asked him to “come back for a shot” and then said “bring your daughters”!So not sure what he meant … I don’t care if you’re the owner .. presentation is everything !! But on the bright side , I would come back ..

    The ambience and food were outstanding. Great portion sizes, excellent taste. The cocktails were not worth the money. $30 for a small cocktail. Also, we came at 6pm because we were going to a concert after and there was an employee, not on shift, sitting at the table across from us on a loud-speaker FaceTime call the entire time. It was so distracting and awkward to listen to her on a call with friends or family our entire meal and definitely affected our experience. Would love to try again under different circumstances.
