Immensely satisfying and honestly prepared.
Open and serving 5 days a week!
My steak was perfectly cooked and the Risotto was cream and very taste. The Demi Glaze that came over the steak was delicious - I could have drank it!
Great place for a quick meal before the concert next door. The Country pork chop was delicious. We had great service and quick turnaround before the concert.
We had gotten a gift card as a wedding present so we used it for date night and the food was amazing. Service was great. Would highly recommend
Fun place to eat before the concert! Service was great and atmosphere too. The food overall wasn't outstanding....scallops were delicious and so was the Asian Salad. But those that ordered the spaghetti, trout and fried chicken were not fans of those dishes. The appetizer of calamari was fair, but pretty bland.
All the dishes are Very Big and delicious! As appetizer, try the brussels sprouts!
Great as always! Pork chops were undercooked and sent back but we understood it was a very night as it was NYE. Mad Life Steak is still our #1 go to meal! Cooked perfectly as always! We love Mad Life!
The service was ok, not great but friendly. It’s was New Years Eve. The food was great, far above what we expected. The noise level was the biggest problem, couldn’t even talk with each other. It is a concert/shoe venue but we were there at 6:30. Show wasn’t supposed to start until later.
New Years Eve, generally a busy time anywhere. Pretty good experience overall. Server forgot about our table several times and had to get up to ask to order food. Food was pretty good. Would go back but not on a holiday.
Annual dinner with friends . MadLife is midway between our homes. Decided we would try some place new, and the photographs of menu items looked great so we decided to try it. We would have been better off eating the photographs. And, this is a live concert venue, so it is REALLY loud. Everything about this place is sub par. Don’t waste your time or your money.
Great venue, food, service and entertainment for a date night.
Fine food, good service. Great for quick bite before the show!
I love the food, the service, the music, everything!
The service was great but the food was subpar. The chicken tacos were dry and blan. The chicken sandwich had a very small piece of chicken with just a smear of cottage cheese. I mainly tasted the bun. Very disappointing
The food wasn’t as good as when I was there last about 6 months ago but it was still served hot and had good flavors. Waitress was pleasant. Drinks kept coming in different shapes and sizes, plastic and glass, thought that was weird.
Decided to go to MadLife for our Friday night dinner. We had never been in here, but have driven by a few times before. We sat on the outside patio where they had live music and heat lamps on. The inside of the restaurant was nearly empty but started filling up around 8pm. We ordered fried chicken and the country pork chop. Both dishes were great, but the pork was a little salty. The service was a little slow, but still great overall. Hope to go again and maybe try some more dishes.
BEE GEE COVER BAND WAS GREAT WE COME TO A LOT OF SHOWS THERE BECAUSE WE ENJOY THE MUSIC BUT THIS WAS ONE OF THE BEST WE HAVE SEEN THERE
We were pleasantly surprised! Delicious menu, great service and 20 steps away from the venue. How fun!
Great venue. The Grill was good but very noisy. Hard to have a conversation. The service was excellent. The concert was great and the sound was perfect. Service there was top notch also
We had ticket to one of the shows which was great and so much fun but also made reservations before for dinner out on the patio. Great musicians both inside and out and the food and service were wonderful. Would definitely go again.
Great spot for dinner and music. We love the venue.
Great date night! Dinner and a show! You can also shop at the awesome boutiques beforehand.
This was our first time here and our first time in the town of Woodstock. The food was great. We had the pork chop special and it was cooked perfectly and to order. We also enjoyed the band on stage, Wrock Snake. We’ll definitely be back!
We made a reservation because we had a large group & a scheduled lunch break from an event at a local church. When we arrived, they weren’t set up for us. Then the waiter brought the wrong drink to one of our ladies and it took FOREVER for her to get a new one. We had to ask to order because we had already been there over 30 minutes (the restaurant was NOT crowded) and we only had a limited amount of time for our lunch break. There were 7 of us. After ordering our food, one of us NEVER received her lunch! We asked for our checks as the food arrived and we still had a problem when we clipped two checks together with one credit card: the server only charged one check to the card and then came back saying we had one outstanding bill that was due! The whole experience was ridiculous!
We sat inside away from the live band. It was still quite noisy every time they opened the door. The atmosphere is a little “biker” ish / hippy. Not the ambiance I was looking for. However, the food was great.
The restaurant was awesome and the food was amazing. And the Georgia Satellites concert was the best.
Fun restaurant and love the music inside & in the concert room!
It was a perfect late afternoon to sit outside on the terrace under the fans, listen to fantastic music and eat a delicious dinner with friends. The service was friendly and very attentive. Then, after dinner, we went inside and enjoyed a hilarious line up of comedians for the evening. It was a perfect night out! Highly recommend.
Great waiter and food. Excellent experience. First time visitor. Will be back.
The walls and ceiling seem to reflect the sound. That combined with the music coming from the patio in addition to the rehearsal sounds coming from the studio was quite overwhelming. The food was nice and I particularly enjoyed the street tacos.
We were here for my sister’s Bachelorette Party. We were seated on time of our reservation and promptly greeted by our server. Drinks were great! Appetizers were amazing! All 5 of us ordered something different for entrees and gave everyone a taste. We all agreed EVERYTHING was absolutely delicious!! Our little party moves out to the patio of live music and continued to have a blast. I can’t wait to go back with my husband!!
The food at Madlife is surprisingly good... as I used to think it as being a great place to see a live music show; And it is... but I would’ve never thought to go ‘just for the dinner’, until I ate there one time before a show and I was blown away by the quality of the food, and excellent service. So since then, I have been several times just for dinner! I have had the lollipop lamb chops a couple of times, they were great. Others had the scallops, others had the burgers, all the food was fantastic. Great drinks too!
The food and service was great! Andrew our server was great and Rick helped keep our drinks full and making sure we were doing good. The place was packed and very loud but that’s ok, we were going to a comedy show and weren’t really expecting a quiet romantic dinner or anything. Overall everything was great!
Good place if you are in hurry. Charged $14 for an old fashion which is ridiculous in Woodstock. Cheese board needs more creativity. Just chucks of cheese with slices of salami. No supporting sauces mustards or purees. We split the chicken sandwich which was supposed to feature onion straws. Those were left off. Other than that the sandwich was tasty.
Chef is awesome
Drinks and dinner - restaurant is separate from concert hall. No cover to just eat in the restaurant. Friendly service and excellent food. Planned to eat outside but covered patio was leaking so we had to move inside. Outside music packed up as well, but we still had good food. Will definitely try again on a nicer evening
We always enjoy our experience at MadLife- whether it's to dine or see a show. Their fried green tomatoes and meatballs are fantastic appetizers. We had the pork chop and salmon for entrees and those were equally delicious! Haven't really ever had a bad meal.
Great food, service and price! It's so convenient to eat before a show and be able to go straight in after dinner!
Great food & service😊
Had an amazing omelet and my friend enjoyed the French toast. Prices very reasonable and our waiter was friendly. Downside is music on the patio is quite loud. We chose to sit inside because of this but found when the door to the patio was open we couldn't hear each other.
The grill was a bit noisy and the choices were limited and salty.
The biggest issue was the web site. The Madlife web site was the worst that I have experienced in years. And the only way to get answers was to wait until after 5:30p on selective days. It’s easier to get information from The government.
