The food was good and tasted delicious and I loved the yoghurt. However, the service was mediocre and we had to keep calling them to get anything. It was not that they were busy, they were happily chatting away. The price was steep considering the quantity. The bread which is usually a staple in most mediterranean meals was missing. I would not go there again although it was a nice experience.

Server sat someone else when we went to washroom and when we wanted the table back she said no even though we were sat there in the first place by host. She was rude and it's was hard to get most of the servers attention. Also you pay so much for for everything. I'm not going back, very bad customer service

Great food and amazing ambience. Went on mothers day weekend. Luckily we got a great table booking on open table. We ordered veggie and cheese lavash, Turkish coffee and apple and cinnamon tea. The beverages came with decadent turkish delights. Dessert was Kanafeh and icecream. Great food and amazing ambience. Will go again for sure. Their Turkish delights can be bought seperately and are legendary.

I booked a very large party at Mado (25 people) and was anxious how it was going to turn out but I am so so happy that I chose Mado Square One! They were patient, had everything set up from before & made everything super easy for the group. I met a friend at the restaurant on a Sunday for brunch. I had never been to the restaurant before. I entered through the main doors that face the parking lot. I stood there for several minutes but no one approached me to arrange a seating. Apparently they will only help you if you stand in line at the restaurant entrance on the mall side. I had to ask someone behind the pastry counter to be helped. The food was tasty. We both enjoyed the traditional dish of eggs with tomatoes. It was served with warm bread. And the cappucinos came with a nice piece of a traditional turkish sweet. Service was slow so if you're on a schedule I wouldn't recommend here.

Great seating and family friendly. Food overpriced, not the greatest variety. I wouldn’t order curry or Celtic dishes in a Turkish restaurant. I’d love more authentic Turkish menu items. Also, more flexibility with replacing items, we wanted to replace fries with rice and were told it’s not possible! Dessert was to die for 👌

The main food and appetizers were not very flavorful and the food was cold. The sweets and the teas were very good. It was very difficult to get a waiter to attend to us. We literally had to stand up and flag attention to our table. The waitress who finally did attend to us was very polite and accommodating.

Great ambience and great food. Our server was great. It was my sister's birthday dinner. They put a candle on the dessert and played the birthday song. The whole staff joins in the celebration and really lift up the whole environment as they clap and sing the birthday song. Good place to spoil a loved one and celebrate a special occasion.
