Steak was overcooked, extra side of mash potato(6$) portion and presentation was disappointing.

we reserved a table for my boyfriend's birthday, and I spoke to different people on the phone on what I wanted a day before. And the day at the place, my table was not ready and they were asking me again questions. So they just put my on reservation without observing the kind of table I wanted. Food was cold and service is bad.

Other the the boring music everything else is perfect, the food great ,the plates presentation awesome , the service eA1 but the music should be changed it s such a nice restaurant we live nearby it was our 1st visité we would love to go back but my wife says the music sucks ....smoother music , not so loud and we would go back regularly

It was a first visit to celebrate my husband's 70th birthday. Everything was to our satisfaction from the moment we entered the restaurant. Attentive but not intrusive service. Justin was very knowledgeable about the food offerings and proper doneness of the steak chosen. The portions were big especially for the shrimp appetizer we had selected. It was a meal in itself. Best steak ever hands down! I couldn't finish mine. They even included a dessert with sparkler for the birthday boy and even that was over the top! We'd definitely return. For those of you wondering, it cost $200 total for our meal and a bottle of wine.

Really did not like the food. Very bad as far as I am concerned. Cocktails were good though, and service was ok but not great. Overrated.

There was no ambiance. The decor is quite old and brown. Bathroom was dirty it was discussing. Food was missing seasoning, poor taste. Service was good at least.

Was there from 745pm to 1015pm so an extremely long wait for main course and missed my casino reservation for 10pm. I had ordered a tomahawk instead I got 2x filet mignon after 1 hour and 30min wait. I was absolutely not pleased with the type of service I received in a place that seemed very highly rated.

Very good entrées but untasty main courses, salmon fish was dry, steaks were not cooked but burnt...Fortunately, after my friend's complaints, they gave them free desserts to compensate...service was also very slow.

Even when the waiter makes a mistake and bring you beet tartare instead of beef tartare, it turns into a surprisingly tasty discovery. The gnocchis were amazing and the wine suggestion couldn’t have been a better match.

I feel like even though we sat outside the tables were still quit close to eachother. In each terasse section i would remove at least 1 outdoor table to be able to spread out the tables a little bit more.

j'ai parlé avec la serveuse pour les vins ..j'aurais preferer un vraie sommelier avec de vraie conseil pour équilibré la valeur de la facture que j'ai obtenue après mon repas.
Je suis vraiement déçu du rapport qualité /prix/service.
j'ai choisi un tomahak et il n'y en avais plu , on m'a donc suggéré un autre steak vieili sans me dire le coût réel (67$). j'ai pris la mpeine de demander ce qu'il y avais de servie avec mon steak car je voulais steak , légumes, pomme de terre et elle m'a répondu oui. cependant quand l'assiette est arrivé il n'y avais pas de pomme de terre et j'ai dû en commander a part pour 6$ et elle sont arriver au milieu du repas.
si vous allez chez Maggie et oakes prévoyer une facture de 177$ incluant les taxes et ce... par personne !

I made a reservation for my special date. Although we arrived earlier, they had no problem accomodating us to a table of our choice.
The food was delicious and well worth the price. We also ordered two non-alcoholic cocktails and they were impeccable.
My only slight complaint was the slowness of service that night. Perhaps it was a special circumstance as they apparently had fewer staff members and even asked us to move from outdoor terrasse to indoor in order to make things easier for the staff. We declined but had to wait a bit longer before we could order and get the check.
Overall, I would definitely recommend this place, but preferably when it is less packed.
