Absolutely awful. From the attitude of the staff on the door to the abhorrent attitude from the staff when getting out of the lift. The decor was cheap tacky and still had Christmas trees up in March. The decor on the carousel was ripped and the food was pub food at best. Would never recommend and very surprised at this being a Tao group establishment

This is a bar for young kids who want cool IG posts. Drinks weren't bad. We were there pretty early (6pm) on a weekday Music is almost club-level loud. Drinks were decent. Our server was very kind, but spent a lot of time talking to coworkers with her back turned to the guests so that we couldn't get her attention even from 15 feet away. Not a terrible experience but also not what we were looking for in a rooftop bar.

Extremely overpriced for poor service and bland food. The only nice thing is the view and a few props. 25% off Prosecco / really $70!! It’s a $20 bottle! Then bad service like they were doing is a favor. There are so many rooftop’s that are great this one is just a tourist trap!

the photos make it seem as though the location is very whimsical in its decor. I found the decor anti climatic in comparison to what I saw online. The food was over bland and overpriced. The drinks were good. I would not recommend this bar/lounge to anyone.

Went for brunch, was ok. Atmosphere was super cute , very instagramable . There is not a real entrance from the hotel. You had to stand outside a side door in a tight line and they take you up by group . Quite busy at opening , they were late to take us in. We were seated quick , menu wasn't much to choose from for brunch. They only checked in on us once and then we had to flag staff down after that for refills, dessert , etc.... There was a second dining area and the patio wasn't open. Maybe lunch and dinner would be better ..?? Would have to come back to find out

The magic hour was not magical.. the staff did not interact/entertain and the food(snacks) and drinks were extremely overpriced. The carousel was pretty and a good photo op but definitely not worth the price for simply photos.

Honestly not great. Cocktails weren’t bad- but not good. My glass came dirty as hell (lipstick marks), our waitress just took the glass after we asked and didn’t check on us once after that. Food was fine, but definitely there are better places in NYC to visit. Only go here if you want to take photos don’t waste your money on the food or drinks.

Place is beautiful, but travelled out of state for a birthday dinner and made reservations at 10:30, to arrive and not be able to eat. Reservations made after 10:30 should not be available! Or atleast let customer know that kitchen will be closed and to book at own discretion.

The food was ok, and overpriced. Our server was great. We asked for another table and when we got moved we ended up having to move tables together our selves. Lastly, we didn’t even get anything for my friend bdate, like no small dessert/candles, even though I noted this on my reservation. People just go for pics and the decor, that’s all…

We loved everything except the server who told us that we have to move from the table because they had more reservations coming when it was false and we were consuming food and beverages and she was desperate asking for us to pay the bill that was rude. The environment was lovely anyway we enjoyed it.

I recommend this place, the view is great you can see the Empire State Building is right behind. Service was okay our server would take too long to check up on us to see if we needed another drink. The shrimp tacos were dry and had no taste but overall I had a good time.
