Legendary chef Daniel Boulud created his namesake Maison Boulud to reinterpret French classics. At his downtown Montreal restaurant, artisanal Quebecois products and local ingredients are used to craft modern dishes. The fine dining setting includes a cozy main dining room with a fireplace and a view of the open kitchen, a year-round greenhouse overlooking the Ritz-Carlton garden, an inviting bar, private dinings and two Summer terraces.

    There was a table with a young kid, and he/she cried, they should take the kid to outside of dining room. Overall, I enjoyed the dinner with my wife and will come back for sure.

    Loved everything about it. The service was impeccable, the food was outstanding. The wine sommelier was spot on and the generosity as it was our anniversary was so thoughtful. It is definitely the best restaurant for me in Montreal.

    Que dire, à part que c'était tout simplement merveilleux ! L’expérience était parfaite, des lieux enchanteurs aux mets raffinés et savoureux, sans oublier un service digne des plus grands restaurants étoilés au Michelin. Les petites attentions qui nous ont été réservées ont véritablement transformé notre repas en un moment inoubliable. Contrairement à certains lieux branchés et mal fréquentés, ici, la simplicité authentique est inégalable.

    Food was good but not as excellent as what I expect. For a highly priced resturant I expect everything to be perfect. Starters were ok but presented poorly with lamb pate bit dry. Oyster does not taste fresh. Main courses were excellent

    Ce qui a gâché l’expérience c’est l’emplacement de notre table. Le point très positif était le jardin. Par contre, nous étions très près de panneaux en plastique qui bougeaient au gré du vent. Nous avons eu froid surtout au niveau des pieds. La bouffe, le personnel, tout était parfait.

    Nous avons opté pour le menu Discovery de 5 services avec l'accord des vins et nous avons été ENCHANTÉS de notre expérience. Tout était parfait. Un merci particulier à Guillaume, Stéphanie et Émile pour le service très attentionné à notre égard.
