Legendary chef Daniel Boulud created his namesake Maison Boulud to reinterpret French classics. At his downtown Montreal restaurant, artisanal Quebecois products and local ingredients are used to craft modern dishes. The fine dining setting includes a cozy main dining room with a fireplace and a view of the open kitchen, a year-round greenhouse overlooking the Ritz-Carlton garden, an inviting bar, private dinings and two Summer terraces.

    Superb dining experience. Perfect for special occasions. The service is impeccable. Excellent attention to detail. When the bread is amazing, as it is here, then that always bodes well for a great meal.

    Service and ambiance was excellent. The food was well presented, but there was a miss on overall flavors and creativity. The dishes felt a little "dated" as did the restaurant itself (though beautiful)

    Nourriture et cadre incroyable Service rushe Desservis sans demander si on avait finis Facture arriver 45 plus tard sans demander si l on voulait autre chose ce qui était le cas Demande de 2 coupes de champagne après avoir payer la Première facture, les coupes sont arrivés avec une deuxième facture et une un commentaire sur le fait que nous avions la table encore pour 44 min ce que nous savions très bien puisque l on attendais notre rendez vous au spa st names Plus de service d eau après la première facture On a eu le droit à un dévisage des pied à la tête de la part de la concierge lors du service de valet avec ni bonjour ou au revoir juste un ou étiez vous On va revenu c est sur juste des critiques à prendre de façon constructive Merci
