Maize is a New American BYOB located in Perkasie’s business district in Bucks County, Pennsylvania.

Currently we are offering a 3-course tasting menu that changes daily based on what is seasonally available. We have two seatings: 5:30 and 7:30.

Everything is made in-house from scratch, using the best local produce, Pennsylvania raised meats and wild fish and shellfish from the North Atlantic.

We welcome you to Maize with a bowl of freshly popped popcorn with extra virgin olive oil, fresh parsley and chives, salt and pepper. Shortly after you will receive our biscuits with local honey and butter. We will then move onto a tasting menu that comprises some of your favorites of the past decade, as well as some soon to be favorites. And as always, we will finish dinner with our warm chocolate chip cookies.

Bring a couple of your favorite bottles of wine, relax with your guest(s), and allow us to take care of you.

    Our meal at Maize was absolutely delicious. We were there to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary. Each course was outstanding, and I had requested a vegetarian 2nd course and it did not disappoint. We had a gift card that we didn’t have all of the info for and the staff was quick to resolve the issue, which we appreciated greatly. We can’t wait to go back! 5 stars all the way!

    As always a perfect evening for the foodie in you. We started with a delicious oxtail ravioli with locally foraged wild mushrooms. Next came a delicious fresh swordfish and we ended with a warm gingerbread cake. All was delicious. Service once again was friendly and impeccable.

    Maize is a wonderful place for a special occasion. Sophisticated food in an unpretentious storefront. The young servers were charming and knowledgeable. I love not making decisions, but just getting the best the chef has to offer.

    Amazing and perfect for celebrating a friend's birthday. Everything was fresh and delicious; presentation was excellent. Everyone was beyond friendly and personable, even the chefs in the open concept kitchen. Highly recommend to anyone who considers themselves a foodie. Can't wait to go back!

    It was our first time here. Very small place. You can actually see them cooking in kitchen. It’s a three course meal. Very small portions for prices. It was good but probably would not go back. Too expensive for what you get.

    Maize is an incredible culinary experience, tucked away in the quaintest little town. I can't recommend adding this to your list enough! The menu is set and always changing to include seasonal items. If you have any food allergies or dietary restrictions simply make note of that when you make your reservation. They are extremely accommodating.

    The food was masterfully prepared. When it was time for our entree we were told that there would be a slight delay as the chef didn't like the way the fish was done. They not only remade our entrees but also the other two at our table so everything was served hot and at the same time. The kitchen showed that they really care and would not serve anything that wasn't done correctly. Everything was delicious!

    Maize offers a different experience in fine dining. The atmosphere is casual but the food and service are next level. The food and service were absolutely a-maize -ing. I like the fact they use all local sourcing. Every course was delicious and so beautifully presented. The wait staff was very attentive and welcoming.

    One of the best restaurants in Bucks County. Farm to Table is an over used term but this is a true farm to table. All food is made from scratch and sourced locally. All meals are seasonal. Two seating per night and this is a BYOB. Excellent service!
