   Tash was a fantastic server, she was very informed, suggested great options, and accommodated our friend who is celiac and lactose sensitive. My guests from out-of-country commented that this was the best service and meal they've had since they arrived. Thank you!

   Views were great! Service was pleasant. Food was tasty enough, however we were extremely underwhelmed by minimalist presentation. Also, I despise, loath and do not abore it when a server hands you the machine and the tips start at 18%. Most likely won’t go again unless required to do so.

   Amazing as always. Brought my parents to celebrate my dad's birthday. Food was impressive. Our table had the Waldorf salad, Caesar salad, various steaks, duck, and scallops. Finished the evening sharing two desserts. Excellent staff and delicious cocktails. Overall a lovely evening.

   We celebrated our anniversary and everything was 110%. The food was delicious, the drinks were unique, the service was outstanding and the view was amazing!

   Everything was amazing. There was 1 table beside us that was overly loud. But they left soon enough. Our server was knowledgeable and very helpful. The food was excellent.

   Excellent service from start to finish. The views were incredible and the food even better! Always a fan of Major Tom whether it’s for a date, a meal with friends/family or a business meal.

   This was my first time at Major Tom, I had heard a lot about it and it didn’t disappoint! The amazing experience started from the moment we walked in. Our table was beside the window, and the view was spectacular. Although I think no matter where you sit you’d still be able to have a great view. Our waiter, Michael (sorry if I spelt it wrong), was one of the best waiters I’ve had. He was friendly and provided great service without being overly instrusive. We had the sommelier help us choose a wine, which I highly recommend. They left the bottle of water sitting at the table as well, which I much prefer rather than the constant instrusion of filling up my water glass for me. The food was so delicious. We had scallops, cucumber salad, gnocchi & cod. It was beyond our expectations. We were hoping to have dessert but were too full. I’m looking forward to my next time!

    First fish was the cheese bread and an easy win in my books. It feels like biting into a cheese cloud followed by a torrent of creamy cheese and lightly sprinkled Parmesan cheese. Toasted to absolute perfection. Second dish ordered was the chicken wings but they weren't what I was expecting. It looked like a drumstick except it was pureed chicken and bacon wrapped around a real chicken wing tip. Major Toms tried to reinvent the chicken wing and failed. Also no mention on the menu about bacon as an ingredient, only when it was served did the waiter say "...with bacon." It made me physically ill. Third dish was the potato doughnuts. It said French onion custard which was a hard sell because both my date and myself was convinced it tasted like butter. I admit there were suttle hints of a French onion chip dip flavour but it mostly coated my lips and mouth with an oily layer that felt like I just ate a dollop of margarine. For the entree we ordered spaghetti Bolognese. Should be fairly simple, tomato base sauce and pasta cooked al dente. That couldn't be further from the truth. It was a white sauce, more like an Alfredo. The reason for ordering Bolognese is because it contains no dairy but this sauce clearly was packed full of cream and cheese. Also the pasta was not cooked al dente, in fact it had a bit of crunch to it. I can only imagine it was cooked in a luke warm water bath for 7 mins or less and lightly tossed with their "Bolognese" sauce. We decided to skip dessert because the table next to us was also unhappy with their meal and I was feeling physically ill. The chicken wings were comped but I felt like I should've said something more about the other dishes. Major Toms has lost its reputation for delicate made meals and fine service.
