   The food here was absolutel delicious! The food came out in a timely manner, servers were very attentive, and the overall atmosphere was quite fun. We even celebrated a birthday and received a surprise birthday dessert! It was an excellent experience.

   Great Selection of Asian choices, not just a Sushi place. All you can eat with lots of choices. Only blemish was the fried rice. Tasted off to me. Everything else was great.

   Food is always amazing however because it was Valentine’s Day the waitress barely spoke to us didn’t ask us if we wanted a drink (which we did want wine but didn’t end up getting anything because it seemed like too much of a bother to ask) the waiter just put food on table and ran back to kitchen. I think to better the customer experience waiters need to learn working under pressure doesn’t mean giving a poor experience to customers who are paying to be there. I am someone who works in a busy high stress industry and I would never do this to my customers.

   We were there celebrating my daughter's birthday.I made reservations on OpenTable and I wrote it down and said celebrating my daughter's birthday. After our meal we ordered dessert and no one came by to sing happy birthday.They had a couple of birthdays that same night and they all sang to each table. We were disappointed. Overall the food was delicious. The service was good.

   I was so disappointed with this restaurant. I am hearing impaired and read lips. I arrived early from my flight and was meeting my son and his girlfriend. I had a big backpack and a suitcase so wasn’t sure if the restaurant had a table where I could put my suitcase. It took a while for anyone to acknowledge my arrival at the hostess station. Then, I could t understand the masked person. I politely explained that I read lips and she continued to talk. I said I’m happy to stand far back so you can pull down your mask but I can’t understand anything you are saying as I’m deaf and I normally get picked up by my son at the airport but he was running behind so I took a cab straight there. She continued to talk - I asked to speak to someone without a mask as there were others working - she shook her head. So I walked over to an employee without a mask and he just stared at me (he had his headphones in). I politely asked if someone could help me as I don’t understand what the hostess is asking. Finally one of the other waiters came to my rescue and helped me get seated and said it was no problem to take my suitcase to the corner table and wait. He apologized for the confusion . A while later the woman from the hostessing table dropped off water but nobody asked if I wanted to order anything while I waited. My son and his girlfriend arrived at about 850. Despite the woman walking back and forth by our table, she would not stop. My son and his girlfriend offered to leave but since I had already been sitting there drinking water for half an hour, I just wanted to feed them as they were hungry. My son finally flagged the hostess down and she turned her back to him to enter in her computer while he ordered!?! He could barely hear her and had to ask her to turn around. I felt very embarrassed that this person would be so uncomfortable by my disability. I have never experienced this in all my dinings around the world. Normally I write such positive reviews but they need training

   The robot was a good experience. Food has lots of variety. But service was a disappointment. The servers were not very welcoming, cold and seems like they don't want to talk to customers.

   Very disappointed, I went for a late lunch at 2:45 expecting to pay lunch prices but I was charged dinner prices. Who eats dinner at 2:45? I won’t go again.

    This is my third visit in about a year. I have always enjoyed the food and their robot server is very amusing. The food is fresh and very tasty. Service is also great and it has good parking as well.

    Not worth it. Basic dishes like fried rice, beef steak, short ribs were bland. Beef dishes smelt like liver. Sushi rolls were the biggest disappointment — they were filled with 98% veggie and 2% fish/other. Some pieces didn’t even have fish in them despite the type of sushi including fish. General tso chicken was the only very good/impressive thing. Go somewhere else.

    I made a reservation but when we got our table, it wasn't set up. I observed that they only noticed my reservation on the day we arrived. Service was good but slow. They need more staff to cover the whole restaurant. Some of our orders did not arrive. Good value for money though.

    They cook your meal once you order it, unlike other all you can eat restaurants where the food is sitting in chafing dish for hours. The sashimi was super fresh too! Great value for money. I love everything I ordered so I'll definitely be back soon!

    Food no fresh and the worst Pad Thai ever. Very disappointed with the service slow and very rude. None pickup the plates on the table so basically we had to eat with a bunch on plates around, very expensive for the quality of the food plus the poor service.

    We visited this place because of it's high reviews and we hadn't visited this particular sushi restaurant before. Staff were friendly enough but didn't come back very often to see if we needed anything. We waited all the way until we finished our appetizers before we were asked about our mains. We did not go for the buffet, and ordered à la carte. Food was good, I didn't like the sushi pizza we ordered as they used tempura bits to cover the sashimi on top of the pizza. There were also a lot of tempura bits in the sushi rolls. Maybe because it is generally all you can eat they use tempura bits as fillers to make the food stretch further and people fill faster. Nothing major to complain about, but wasn't particularly impressed.

    I've enjoyed the food but the service was spotty. Our table got very good service but our friends at the other table were not happy. Service was slow and there were some missing orders. It is also a bit pricier than other All You Can Eat Japanese restaurants. I also want to point out that the 15% service charge was based on the food + tax. Service charge should only be added on food and drinks orders and not on top of the tax. But I am still giving you an Very Good rating overall.

    The food was good and the speed of service was well.Only issue was a small hair in one of the sushi's that had been ordered and providing a replacement fork with a plastic fork to eat with my last dish

    Food as always was superb. Only reason I give it a 4 and not a 5 is the constant forgetting of at least one item. With your order being submitted through iPad, it should at least be accurate. Without fail, each time we’ve been here, there’s been at least one item forgotten that needs to be reordered. Other than that, great place to dine! Service is normally with a smile. Food is always fresh and tasty.

    The food was delicious, all fresh and tasty, the worst part of our dinner for 4 persons was service, the waiting time for sushi, sashimi, noodles, was really long and we order lot of food waiting for previous orders, waitress was just RUDE, not just normal service they throw the food on our table instead of serving us with culture, the worst happened when I paid the bill and don’t give the tip, because I was disappointed about service, the waitress ask me why I didn’t include the tip? I ask her if tip is mandatory she said that now she need to explain to her manager why I didn’t give her a tip? I was totally in shock that waitress ask me that question, I wanted to talk with manager of this person to explain her rude behaviour but my wife stopped me. Never again I love sushi and sashimi but have to find other place, don’t recommend to anyone even if food is delicious and I was customer who back from time to time to makimono sushi.

    My go to place for bentos and sashimi’s, the prices went up and my friends noticed that the shrimps are not as big as before. The Staff are just wonderful and amazing though, I recommended this place for quality and affordability but now that the prices went up I am not sure if I can recommend it as most people going out is a treat.

    Very rude server (her name was Leona if I recall correctly.) They charge for leftover food, which is listed on the menu, but we missed it when we looked at the menu the first time. So we agreed to the charge and asked for the bill. But even after we agreed to the charge, she insisted on trying to prove how it's listed on the menu, bringing me a menu to show the note, instead of my bill. So I said "I understand and I don't need to see the menu, can you please just charge me and get me the bill." She then proceeds to throwing the bill at me 😂 She needs to learn customer service and keeping her cool. Yes, I missed the note about the leftover charge, so I agreed to a charge. I don't need a menu shoved into my face with "proof."
