    It was thanksgiving . They were packed. Mediocre turkey meal. I was thirsty drank water all night must have been loaded with salt Bloody Mary was weak in every way from the plastic glass inward. We were rushed to order. No water nor bread was served. Others seemed to be enjoying it though.

Rest assure you we do not have any plastic cups in house so your bloody mary was served in real glassware, the ovens were full of turkeys all day and that's why no bread was served.     We had the worst Thanksgiving meal ever had yesterday. The green bean casserole was by no means a casserole and was too spicy to eat. The dressing was not dressing. It was the most disgusting stuffing ever tried to eat. It was not edible. Potatoes and turkey were so so.

    Food was good. We both got steaks and they were cooked to our liking, but the sides were just ok. Both of our first choice orders from the menu we’re out of stock, which was a let down. The service was prompt and polite, and we were not kept waiting on requests. The restaurant was clean and nice, with quiet ambiance, but we did notice that all the hvac and ceiling tiles were pretty gross looking. Other than those things it was a good overall experience. The prices are fair considering the quality of the food and service.

    Always dependable for great taste and value. First time having fried asparagus and it is superbly delicious! Can’t resist selecting the Malibu chicken with spinach, goat cheese, artichoke and sun-dried tomatoes. It is always superior in tenderness and taste. Get the regular portion to pack for next day lunch. Great value!!

    Overall great dinner. Food very good Mahi was fresh. Mushroom appetizer was excellent. Soup and salad were good - kitchen should ensure they don’t serve hard core of the lettuce on the wedge but otherwise good. 2 for 1 Happy hour was good. The chocolate dessert with ice cream was great

    Underwhelming is what I told our server Logan. It started off very well but took a turn. Their bread came piping hot, nice crunchy exterior and great taste! The creamed butter could have been a but softer. My wife’s caesar was excellent! The house made dressing was spot on. We had the spicy shrimp app and it was tasty, but too spicy for my wife and close to the edge for me. Main courses: shrimp and lobster alfredo for my wife. Served a little dry, the shrimp were rubbery from being overcooked. The lobster was not generous and some was cooked properly and tender but some was chewy and overcooked. Overall it needed more seasoning. Just a bit bland for our tastes. I ordered the cod piccata. It said it was coated with a ginger flour, (interesting), pan seared and served with a lemon butter piccata sauce with capers. My sides were bourbon glazed carrots ( the veg of the day ) and onion rings. The cod was perfectly cooked but there was no hint of lemon in the skimpy amount of sauce and no ginger in the coating. The coating was very thin and light but had no crunch at all. The carrots had no bourbon and no glaze. They were very undercooked and still very crunchy. Not the star veg. Surprisingly, the onion rings stole the show. Coated with a panko breading, they were cooked to perfection. The onions were softened but still had some texture, crunchy exterior and a great horseradish dipping sauce. Service was decent and Logan had a great personality. The decor is excellent! Prices are reasonable. We might give them another shot in the future. Could have been a substitute chef on a slow sunday night?

    Malibu Beach Grill has always been one of my favorite places. The food was always amazing with good surf and turf options from Mahi and Grouper to Ribeyes and Filets, but what made them so amazing were the toppings. I could order grouper Oscar or filet Rockefeller, but they have recently removed all those options. Grouper is no longer on the menu at all, and they replaced the toppings we all loved with cheap lemon butter, kona and other options that aren't nearly as appealing. The service and ambiance is always first class, but after regularly eating there for over 10 years, I don't have a desire to return.

    The 4 of us had an early dinner at 4:30 on a Sunday, so the restaurant was pretty quiet. It was our first time at MBG. Our server Gerrit was phenomenal! Always refilling our drinks and checking in on us. Food was very good and reasonably priced. Plus, the have an Early Dinner menu that is even a greater value. I would go back for sure.

    I just can’t say enough about this restaurant. The food was fabulous. The service was outstanding. Picked this restaurant randomly from OpenTable because we were on vacation in Daytona. So glad we chose it. Portions were generous. Food was cooked to perfection. Would definitely dine here again if we come back to Daytona. Love the fact that they take reservations. If you’re looking for a good food and amazing service, they should be a number one choice.

    We ate here for the first time and it was the best food we have had in a long time. My husband ordered calamari and he said it was the best he had ever had. I ordered chicken tenders and they were absolutely perfectly delicious. We had 2 servers, one was in training, but we couldn't tell. I ordered a key lime pie martini but, when it was delivered, they informed me they were out of graham cracker for the rim. I sent it back and they GAVE me, without charge, a delicious white chocolate martini. I absolutely recommend this restaurant to everyone.

    Very average. Chicken dish not attractive presentation but tasted decent. Fish was supposed to be Mahi-mahi but it was not, although it tasted good. Goat cheese appetizer very good. Salad arrived with meal. Decent food but nothing to write home about. Nice and clean atmosphere. Good service.
