   We were disappointed with the croutons on the salad this time - they weren’t much more than soggy pieces of bread that may have been Very lightly toasted, but it was very difficult to tell. BTW, I hate saying anything negative because we love this restaurant, but it needed saying.

   We celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary here and could not have picked a better restaurant. The food was delicious and the ambiance made our evening special. The highlight was Jim who waited on our table. He took extra time to explain the gluten free options on the menu and recommended some of his favorite dishes. Jim made us feel like we were on a cruise ship. He was genuine in his excitement that we were celebrating our special milestone in his restaurant. Highly recommend Marcella’s and ask for Jim!

    Always outstanding, and consistently great food and service. We would request Taylor as our server again. We had tried to get a taste of their custom blended Blanton’s for over a year, and which they finally got in stock again(however at $30.00 for 1.5 oz). One of our favorite restaurants anywhere !

    Food quality has really gone down hill. Boiled chicken breasts, smaller portions for salads and appetizers, overall not great.

    Went here for an anniversary dinner! Food was delicious! Music doesn’t really fit the vibe, it sounded just like the radio was playing. We also got a bottle of wine and no wine glasses… just small almost rocks glasses and I expected a bucket to keep the bottle cold but we just were handed a cold bottle. Chocolate almond cake for dessert was VERY good! Server was attentive and pleasant as well. Would definitely come back.

    Food was very good. The place has no real interior walls among all the tables... and it was crowded for Mother's Day. As such, it was very loud to the point of being difficult to talk with people at our table. I don't think there were quite enough servers either. While it was clear our sever was trying, she couldn't cover all of her tables efficiently.

    Music was extremely loud. Tables were crowded in, as if they added tables in. Food prepared with very little care. Very little flavor. Red sangria had to be sent back - tasted like grape Kool-Aid, not wine. All five in group disappointed with food and loud music blocking conversation. May not return based on this visit.

    Always great food and since it was Mother’s Day, my dad held my baby while I ate and they offered to bring my dad fresh lasagna so he could eat it hot!

    I absolutely love Marcella's and was really looking forward to getting the lunch portion of 1/2 salad, 1/2 sandwich, which I was craving. I was disappointed that it wasn't an option on Mother's Day due to the high traffic holiday. The pasta I ordered was hot and delicious though, so I still love Marcella's and will give it a high rating. Also, the air-conditioning was on full blast and we were freezing, so we tried to hurry and get out ASAP.

    I’ve been to this location many times and have always been happy with the experience. This latest trip was just ok. In the past, the restaurant would play soft, traditional music, but this time they had what I would describe as club music playing. I couldn’t hear the music except the the rhythmic bass thumping. The service was very good. This is the first time I tried the Chicken Piccata. I was not a fan of the dish.

    We celebrated two person's birthdays and had an enjoyable dinner for our group of 5. I was able to add one person (the fifth) to my original request of 4 persons. The dining room manager visited us twice which we appreciated. Vanessa's service was superb.

    This was by far one of the best restaurant experiences my wife and I have ever had. The service was impeccable as Maggie did an amazing job. I would recommend going here 10/10. The food was amazing and everything came out in a timely manner. I had to personally thank management for the experience that we had.

    We happen to be there just after OSU graduation so it was much more crowded than usual. That skewed the ratings a bit, but they did an overall good job handling the increased traffic.

    All of our dishes were good, except for mine. I ordered a “pasta your way” - linguine with bolognese. I had asked about the capellini, but decided to go with the linguine, but received the capellini. The thing I was even more upset about is that I assumed the bolognese listed in “pasta your way” was the lamb bolognese that comes with the gnocchi, but it was just regular meat bolognese. There are no other pasta dishes listed on the menu with that type of Bolognese. So I was really disappointed that I got the wrong type of pasta and I didn’t get the lamb Bolognese, which I would have been happy to pay extra for.
