My husband and I went there for supper on a Thursday evening. It was very quiet. The restaurant is very pretty. The service was good. We had the burrata, fried calamari and Margherita pizza. The burrata was very good. It came with prosciutto. The bread that came with it wasn’t great. The calamari were so so. Too much batter and only rings. Probably pre-made frozen. The pizza was good, but not great, imo. My husband really loved it. Would go back but probably for brunch or lunch.

Indeed, both Italian Market and Le Richmond restaurant are on the same street and managed by the same Chef but they are not the same restaurant :-) The Italian Market is very appreciated for its industrial-style and seasonal decoration with a very welcoming atmosphere. ive been hear a few times now, the atmosphere is so welcoming and beautiful. i adore the set up of the restaurant being connected to the market and having the choice of service or getting something from the cafe! the have great menu options, a large variety and portions although i find every time i come here the dishes can be a bit under seasoned, its good food but nothing extraordinary. side note; they told my friend that syrup to add on the french toast is an extra cost which was quite odd to us. service is good and waiters are attentive but sometimes difficult to get their attention as they are usually talking to their coworkers but understandable when its slow. i do still recommend this place to people for something more casual!

The bread was burnt, the freitta had no taste, the server was not willing to adjust anything on the menu, we had to ask twice to bring extra plates. It was a total disaster. Do not recommend this place at all.

C’est notre bistro préféré, on adore l’endroit avec son cachet ancien au style Brooklyn avec de la brique rouge partout, chaleureux de l’extérieur comme a l’intérieur avec un super marché italien avec des produits incroyable.

Love this place, but wasn't so impressed with the weekend brunch menu/food. The avo toast was very ok. I expected better bread and a better avocado situation, instead it was thin, white bread with what felt like store-bought guacamole.

L’ambiance, le service, il semblait manquer de staff sinon ils avaient un peu mêlé mais personnels tres aimable! excellent! Par contre nos repas étaient tiède à la limite froid… et le Bistro n’était pas tres occupé:( Malgré tout j’y retournerai, ce n’était pas une bonne soirée pour le Chef!

J’ai réservé pour un groupe de 5 et en arrivant il n’y a qu’un seul menu OBLIGATOIRE à 45$ NULLEMENT ANNONCÉ SUR LE SITE INTERNET, rien de ce qui est sur la carte est disponible. Résultat: nous avons dû quitter sans manger et avec 10$ de valet car c’edt inpossible de se statuonner dana le coin!!!

Their website did not mention that the Mtl à la table menu was going to be the only menu for the month. Very very small portions and expensive for the price for the Bistro. If we would have known, we would have been to Grinder or Makro for that price instead. Other than that, great place, great staff.

Food was not bad but took over an hour to arrive with only 4 others in the restaurant. Server ignored us, didn't check in and I had to get up to go find out if there was an issue with our food. Too bad as the place had potential. Took some desserts to go but they were mediocre and wouldn't recommend them.

Nous y allons souvent, celle fois-là, deux sur 3 ont pris des pâtes, plats un peu ordinaires. La pizza est délicieuse. Nous aimons beaucoup ce restaurant.

Les employés étaient heureux de travailler, et de nous recevoir. L'ambiance était très bien, le restaurant est intégré à une magnifique boutique, et les tables à distances ne faisaient pas mauvaise mine. Le menu du jour était très abordable, le vin était très bon, à la bonne température, ils ont un cellier de verre magnifique. Allez-y ! C'est vraiment très bien.

Le restaurant était fermé en raison d’une panne de courant et personne ne nous a avisés. On s’est buté à une porte verrouillée. Il est nécessaire de mettre en place une façon d’avertir les clients qui réservent quand survient un tel événement afin d’éviter des déplacements inutiles.

We could not believe that on a Saturday night they would have only two servers (one was the bartender). However they had two people pouring water all night that did not serve. We were watching many people getting up and leaving from their tables in the middle of their meals, as they were not being served. Our Pizza's that we had for appetizers came cold. What a shame as this restaurant has a lot of potential.

Terrible service - waited over an hour for our food while other tables that arrived after us were already paying bill. Walked out and was asked to pay for 3 drinks. All of which were not the ones we ordered.
