I placed a reservation 2 weeks in advance. Confirmed several times. When I arrived at the front desk, the woman told me the restaurant is full and I would have to wait. I was left to wait for 20 minutes in the hallway until the woman told me it will take longer and I will need to wait in the lobby bar.
I finally got my table. It took 15 minutes to get a drink. They seated us in the most inconvenient spot when I had asked specifically for a seat on the terrace. The food was below expectation, we ordered a new York strip steak ( The meat was not of good quality ) and the 3 tartars on the menu, all 3 of which lacked flavour.
Through out the entire meal and security guard was walking up and down the restaurant floor as if he was a bouncer completely destroying the ambiance. The only thing that came quick was the bill. Very disappointed, I had high expectations
Decadent and beautiful! Perfectly executed dishes, attentive and knowledgeable staff. We had a wonderful evening

Brunch on Father's Day 2019. Servers were very pleasant. Our order consisted of a wagu burger with fries (excellent!), fried chicken and waffles (very good) and corn meal hoe cakes (also very good). I was concerned about pricing because there is no menu online anywhere. The good news is that you can enjoy a very reasonable $15-$30 per person meal or you can go all out with seafood towers and whatnot. We experienced one minor issue as we reserved for 1045 am (posted time for brunch to start), were seated at 1050ish, but found out the kitchen did a minor shutdown to 1115 to convert the menu. The server made sure we had complementary treats to keep us happy from the breakfast bar, including three amazing berry yogurt/panacotta cups, chocolatine and a divine berries and cream shortbread pastry. We will definitely go back for breakfast to try their regular menu and the $14 pastry breakfast bar.
Reservation was at 9:15 only was seated at 10:20. They apologized for the delay and offered us drinks and oysters.
They were very apologetic and very nice. They tried their best to please us.
The waitress we had was inexperienced.
Loved the vibe, great atmosphere.
Will definitely go back, still very new. They need some time to get all the kinks out.

Went there for a birthday celebration, place is nice, food is amazing and the ambiance was perfect! Thank you to Luc (ask for him as waiter) for everything ie service, knowledge etc.
Reservations recommended and come earlier for a drink at lobby bar or after dinner, you will enjoy it.

Very disappointing experience for brunch. Restaurant’s website advertised that service started at 10:30, and once we got there they turned us away and asked us to come back at 11:30 because the kitchen was closed. We got back at 11:30 and they had a hard time seating us since we didn’t have a reservation for that time. Once we sat down and ordered, it took 45 minutes to be served, and another 45 minutes to get the cheque after we had finished eating. Service wasn’t particularly attentive either. Not worth the hype.
Marcus is in over his head...forgot basics...oysters in June? Dry and tasteless. Lunch menu not impressive. Pls drop importations privées on wine liste. 700$ for lunch and will not return. Go Boulud instead.
Service is horrible and super slow. We had to ask over 5 times for food & drinks. They blamed the slow service on the fact that the resto has only been open for a month so I’d recommend waiting a couple more months before trying this resto. I was very surprised because I expected more considering it’s in the 4 seasons ...
There is only one thing that I did not understand! Which is at 6 o’clock in the afternoon there was still “brunch menu”!

Excellent dining experience. Everything was top notch: the ambiance, the view and, of course, the food.
It’s a beautiful restaurant with great food and wonderful attentive service. It was a wonderful experience that I look forward to sharing with friends.
Service was very chaotic and slow.
Several waiters were attending to the table and it was impossible to know who was responsable for what.
Other staff also would show up and do other tasks. Pour water, etc.
A staff arrived and inexplicably removed the salt and pepper shakers, before our meal arrived.
Two of us were served coffee and another members of our group waited for 10 minutes before their coffee arrived, and that was only once we walked away from the table to chase a waiter down.
it is notable that it was not a busy period in the restaurant.
The butter was forgotten for the toast and a request had to be made for it.
Two items were not available from the too-short brunch menu which was strange given that it was only 12:20 pm and it really want crowded.
the endless cups of coffee whichw ere offered was a nice touch and the the terrace is a quiet and lovely spot. The range of food choices and service needs to be greatly improved before a return visit.
In short, for a simple brunch
Really disappointed with everything. Went over Grand Prix weekend only to find out that they had a special menu. This was not mentioned when calling to confirm or during booking.
Meal was insanely expensive ($50 beet salad) $80 Arctic char entree.
Beet salad was ok. However was supposed to come with truffles. Took a couple bites and didn’t get any truffle essence. Asked the waitress. She looked and no truffles. She brings out a new one.
Finely grated “truffles” are now on the salad. Few bites— still no truffle. So I ask the waitress more about the truffle. She had no idea so she sent a manager type figure over.
He proceeded to explain black and white truffles (eye roll) Then man said and I quote “ but this is a summer truffle and it has no taste.” Why would you ever describe food as flavorless?
Char was inedible it. Everything on the plate was the same color and texture of oatmeal.
4 people tried to clear my plate within 5 mins of each other. Finally gave in to the last one. And then Waitress disappeared for 20 mins we had to flag her down to get the check.
I wanted to like this and was so excited to go but I cannot recommend this for anything more than drinks.
Beautiful restaurant, the service was wonderful and very accommodating of a vegetarian. The Old Gods cocktail was both a visual treat and a sublime delight. Food was excellent, every course we had was fresh, inventive and delicious. Highly recommend for a special occasion.
Beautiful new spot. Tartare was fantastic but came with no sides. Makes for a pricey lunch but hey it's the four seasons!

Le serveur était vraiment très bien mais le reste du staff était inexpérimenté. La nourriture était bonne mais rien à se peter les bretelles. Le temps d’attente entre l’entrée et le plat principal était vraiment très long. Le pire, l’ambiance: restaurant “m’as tu vu”, musique de discothèque dans un supposé bistro!!! Avec tous les restaurants à Montréal, je ne vais pas y retourner. Je m’attendais à beaucoup mieux

Super nourriture et très bon service. Tout était impeccable et délicieux.
Food was excellent. New Zeland Sauvignon blanc wine was exceptionlaly good.

We felt special throughout the whole experience, especially when my bestfriend received a homemade dessert platter for her birthday. Your staff are attentive, elegant and smart. We can't wait to be back for the F1 !!

Everything we ordered was excellent and reasonably good value for the price. Still probably a few kinks to work out... for example, there was no signage in the lobby directing you as to which elevator to take for the restaurant, and they had run out of wine lists when we got there. The only big no-no was the fact they poured wines by the glass in the kitchen instead of at the table. Otherwise, the service was very good. Our waiter was attentive throughout the night, not just at the beginning, which was appreciated. Would definitely go back.
Very nice place, food is not very filling. Way too much staff I was a little overwhelmed.

Overall very good, surprised that the server didn’t know the portion size of steak and the temperature was two cookings over the place is beautiful, service professional and friendly. Still very new I’m sure they will only improve!

Awesome experience at Marcus. The design of the restaurant is simple yet luxurious and beautiful, the food and special cocktails are great, with high quality ingredients and produce. We had the pleasure of being assisted by Luc, who offered impeccable service and knowledge of the food and how to best enjoy every dish.
Marcus is on top of my list, I already know what I want to order next time.

Off to a very good start... service needs (a lot) of improvement but we’ll give the benefit of the doubt, forget about the initial unavoidable mistakes of a debut and encourage a beautiful new venue in Montreal.
Went there with my friend for lunch. We had the set three course menu. It was delicious. Service was outstanding. The place is just beautiful. Can’t wait for warmer weather to enjoy the terrace.
Will be back for my 30th Birthday, we’re more than pleased with everything!
For a Four Seasons restaurant the staff were not anywhere up to standards. Server took 20 min to serve cocktails, never filled water glasses. Adjacent tables were left unattended to for over 20 min after the patrons left. Host put my guests at a completely different table. Portions are very small and food was average at best.
