Off to a very good start... service needs (a lot) of improvement but we’ll give the benefit of the doubt, forget about the initial unavoidable mistakes of a debut and encourage a beautiful new venue in Montreal.
Went there with my friend for lunch. We had the set three course menu. It was delicious. Service was outstanding. The place is just beautiful. Can’t wait for warmer weather to enjoy the terrace.
Will be back for my 30th Birthday, we’re more than pleased with everything!
For a Four Seasons restaurant the staff were not anywhere up to standards. Server took 20 min to serve cocktails, never filled water glasses. Adjacent tables were left unattended to for over 20 min after the patrons left. Host put my guests at a completely different table. Portions are very small and food was average at best.
Great service and friendly staff.. Tomato salad was awesome and cod was excellent..
The restaurant has a few things to fix. I’m looking forward to trying it again.
Fantastic service from start to finish! Stephanie L. you went above and beyond the call of service. We truly appreciate your professionalism and attention to detail.
Food was excellent, innovative and creative. Perfect balance in flavors. Kudos to Chef Piel and his team.
Merci pour une expérience mémorable.
food was a bit cold
Wanna Be Five Star
Day 3 of opening. We expected not to be perfect. Was to celebrate our anniversary. While mentioned in the reservation, it wasn’t acknowledged at anytime.
Chef Samuelsson welcomed us among other staff. We sat at the bar which was great to observe all the action.
Food is incredible and prices are quite reasonable. That crab spaghetti was to die for. Wine list is extensive and prices are steeper as you would expect in a five star restaurant.
Service was mehhh. Soooo much wait. 35 minutes to take orders. Wasn’t offer any cocktails, not even the menu. I had to ask for the wine list. We ordered a bottle which was kept little away from us. My glass was left empty half of the meal. Some senior staff came to see us and asked if we had a good night. We mentioned the wait, but we were answered “Of course, of course, have a good night!” as if we weren’t listened. Weird moment. Mains were served 1h40 after our reservation time. We barely had a “Sorry for the wait”. Apart from that, staff were quite fun and relaxed, hopefully.
The space is beautiful. The dress code is unfortunately not enforced and the vibe was sometimes closer to a Crescent St supper club than Four Seasons. Hoodies and Gucci t-shirts were plenty.
Did I spend a good night? Yes! But mostly because I have a wonderful SO (also the reason why I didn’t complain)
Would I go back? Maybe, in a few months to give a second chance.
Four Seasons Five Star Restaurant? Not yet.
Who says you need to spend a mortgage eating at the fabulous @fsmontreal Four Seasons Montreal @marcuscooks Marcus. Extremely reasonable lunch menu for 29$ three amazing courses. What’s also very interesting is that the restaurant during the day is completely different than the one at night ❤️🙏❤️
Loved it, ambience was cosy, food was delicious and service outstanding.
We Loved the Vibe&Atmosphere and the price for the food quality was very good: will come back!
Amazing experience, food on point !
