Wow, what a gem of a place this is. Tucked away on the 4th floor this restaurant has style, elegance, atmosphere and an incredible menu. The cocktails were crisp and tasty, the menu choice was varied but not overwhelming and the food was delicious. Our waitress was friendly and attentive and extremely polite when letting us know that our sitting was coming to a close. We went on a Tuesday not even knowing that food and wine is half price. What a bonus. I can definitely recommend Margo for anyone looking for a great place to catch up with friends or family. I’ll be back here next time I’m in Toronto.

The food was amazing!!! Had a lamb dish that was one of the best meat dishes I can remember having! Absolutely delicious! Our waitress, Alicia, was awesome! Vibe and look of the place was very nice!!! My wife and I had a great night there and will be going back for sure. Highly recommend

Celebrating my birthday at Margo was an absolute delight! It was our first time there on a Saturday night, and it certainly won't be our last. The private rooftop room was a dream come true, surrounded by all my closest friends—it was beyond perfect. The service from Alexandra and Mike was impeccable, and each dish we ordered left us in awe. Every bite was a burst of flavors that delighted us all. Margo certainly knows how to impress! Amanda, who I had the pleasure of working closely with in planning my birthday, deserves special recognition. She recommended the incredible rooftop space and curated the most fantastic dishes for our custom menu. Her hospitality was unparalleled, and she truly went above and beyond to ensure my birthday celebration was flawless. Amanda was instrumental in executing my perfect birthday, and I cannot express enough gratitude to her and the amazing team at Margo for being a pivotal part of such a memorable day. My first time at Margo was an absolute delight, and it certainly won't be my last! I chose a Sunday evening, and the experience was nothing short of magical. The ambiance was cozy and intimate. Our server, Oleks, played a significant role in making the evening special. His recommendations were spot-on, enhancing our dining experience. Amanda, the manager, added a personal touch to our visit by checking on us multiple times. Her warmth and dedication to ensuring our satisfaction were truly commendable. To our surprise, she even treated us to a lovely dessert, making our first visit at Margo even more memorable, the attention to detail did not go unnoticed. We are already looking forward to our next visit, we've rebooked for the holidays with friends!

First and foremost we waited an hour to be seated. Upon demanding to speak to a manager he stated that lots of people came to their reservations late which is why that happened. My concerns as a business owner myself is: you have no control over this establishment there are rules and policies that should be in place for cases of people being late to their reservation. At no point did anyone check on us to see if we were ok, we just sat which was unusual because we are from USA and this type of service in the states will have you out of business. I ordered truffle fries which were cold and seemed already made, the octopus had no flavor and the biggest fail was the big plate of 2 lb lobster. For that kind of money you just can’t go wrong with it. The lobster tasted like perfume, I’m not sure if it was seasoned that way but it was over cooked into mush and nasty. Total waste of time and money. The ambiance was contrary to the flowery photos we were not seated anywhere near that. We sat near the bar and there was no aesthetic it was dark and the noise level was very high. We were offered two free drinks after speaking to the manager which did not suffice for all the terror we experienced last night.

Great food and ambience but they kind of rushed us. Tried to take away our half eaten plates at least 4 times. Looked liked they have an army of people just trying to get people turn the tables over before they can even finish their meal. Otherwise great place!

Exceptional service from beginning to end. Food was delicious. Drinks were gorgeous and masterfully crafted. My only critique was the music was too loud to have conversation. Sounded more like a bar on the 4th floor than we expected. Otherwise, it was a delightful evening.

Loved the ambience, the decor was very pretty. Our server Daniel was very attentive however our meals took too long and while it was flavourful it was cold. There was no bread or starters I didn’t like that. Loved the Dj & photographer. The entire menu and wine was half priced. Amanda the manager came over and apologized for any inconvenience. Margo was a good experience overall. Great food, great service and an amazing atmosphere. The only negative thing I have to say is personally, this is supposed to be a fine dining restaurant not a club, turn down the music! It’s hard to hear the servers, and the servers also had trouble hearing us while taking our order. Not to mention having trouble having our own personal conversations. Everything else was great and I would still recommend giving this place a try.

Kingsley was our server and he was very attentive and friendly. He always made sure we had everything we needed and wanted. And he was kind and patient enough to do a glam photoshoot for us at the bar. My friend loved the atmosphere so much she is booking her birthday celebration on the 3rd floor with 100 if her closest friends🎂🥂

Unfortunately, we went around 730, and from 8 o’clock on it was a DJ who played music that had a 90 dB bass beat that was very repetitive. We were sitting underneath speakers which exacerbated this noise, and made it impossible for us to have any conversation. Food and service was great so shame we were unable to enjoy it because it’s a High noise levels. Advice for those who want to hit each other at the table while enjoying their food go before eight.

As soon as we entered the restaurant, we fell in love. Margo was fantastic. The food was amazing, the ambiance and music set the table for a great night. The service was great and staff was very attentive and was always around to help if we had questions. Overall it was a great experience.

Loved everything about our first time experience at Margo. However it seemed like I was a soft opening to a new restaurant. The people /staff sooo lovely. But very poor execution of service. 15 mins for a glass of wine. Pour different wine into a half full wine glass 😣. Mains came out separately. So did the sides. But I wish to say again the staff were sooo special and personable. I will come back 100%. And recommend to all my friends. Thank you 🙏🌈

My first visit to Margo Restaurant was absolutely delightful! The moment we walked in, we were enchanted by the floral ambiance and swiftly seated by the hostess. Amanda, the manager, orchestrated a seamless and personalized experience. Her thoughtful check-ins, especially during our celebration, added a special touch. To our surprise, she gifted us a heavenly chocolate cake with a heartfelt message. Alicia, our server, provided impeccable service, suggesting dishes that perfectly suited our tastes. It’s a beautiful space. Typical Charles Khabouth style and menu with some Lebanese flair. The food was so so. Started with carpaccio, stuffed olives, marinated feta, shrimp Saganaki, split pea dip, and tuna ceviche. Nothing special at all. Next up was Steak which was tasteless, rigatoni was ok, Branzino, nothing special. Drinks were fun though. Started with a “Hidden Treasure” bourbon drink. It was really good and came inside a glass box filled with applewood smoke. Good wine selection. Finished with a rum drink called “Trailblazer”, which was rum with apple cider and an egg white lemon foam concoction. It was fun too. It came with a kinda candle on top (flaming sugar cube). Service was friendly, but you can tell everyone working there was really new to serving. When asked what type of oysters today, he kept saying East coast and had no idea there was actually different types of oysters. The hostess seated us and said they need the seat back in two hours, yet the place was empty and we actually stayed for 2.5 hours no problem. It was like everything was scripted. No common sense. I had to ask the servers to clear our table and to send for our mains, I had to get up to ask for the bill at the end even though our server was literally staring at an empty table. All in all, I’m glad I tried it, but won’t be back.

Overall experience was great, the server was amazing but the lobster was spoiled. The food was definitely not worth the price.
