Modern, bright decor where service and food are very good. Snapper was excellent, and skirt steak special was quite good (meat was fairly tender; sauce was interesting sweet). While the ingredients were good quality, we found they sometimes lacked seasoning.

Perfect place to get an experience of modern Puerto Rican Food with international ingredients. You can share all the Bites and Appetizers to experience more. The chocolate Soufflee is outstanding! Great place to spot people.

The waiter was observant enough to realize and ask If I was a vegetarian and chef made a special dish for me. 😊

Fantastic meal and experience. Rarely do you find a restaurant where the food and the drink quality is equally great, but this was it and it made for a memorable dinner.

Service was awesome. Cocktail was yummy. Food was good but I would not say excellent. Brussel sprouts were amazing. Both our main courses were ok but we both found them a bit salty. And I am not one to ever complain about salt in my food. My husband and I are from NY and have been coming to PR for 20yrs. We both have always felt that the restaurants here are as superb if not better than any in NYC. Given the reviews I read and the hype level, I guess I was expecting more. I would still recommend you visit, experience it for yourself and decide. The chocolate soufflé alone is worth it.

We loved the food and presentation of the food. The best part started with bacalaito chips and great bread. The beef tartare, filet, pork chop and soufflé were perfect. The portions were large and very flavorful. The only problem was the waiter came to us after we had already ordered, and asked if anyone had read us the specials. We were totally surprised since he was the one who took our order. At that point it didn’t matter because we loved what we ordered, but he should have read us the specials first. Anyway, that was the only down side. We had a great Valentine’s Day dinner.

Mixed messages, all the way. Elegant, sleek room. Service was great at first, then waned as the restaurant filled (20 minute wait for the check). Cod croquette appetizers--deliciously-crisp on the outside, creamy on the inside. Warm Brussels sprouts salad had great flavor, but WAY too salty (perhaps blanched in salted water, then not rinsed???), and the little diamonds of chilled beets were a great touch. Chilean bass couldn't have been better. The "double-cut pork chop" listed on the menu and described by the server turned out to be "single-cut," and requested "medium" somehow got translated into "medium well" before getting to the chef, which left it dry and leathery, without enough succulence to blend with the outstandingly-flavored rub on its outside. Overall, an interesting experience, but, at $146 for two, without drinks, should have had fewer flaws and more-consistent service.

If you are a foodie you should come here. The food is fantastic. The menu is structured s that you can share ( or not share) bites and appetizers before picking your main course. There are so many temptations across the menu, plus typically some specials. This time I started with Tuna Tartare as a bite which was perfect, then a Brussel sprouts and beet salad, which was also excellent. I went for the lamb shoulder, a house specialty. It’s fork tender and just so good. Finally a double chocolate soufflé with sea salt.
The service is very good across the board.from the hostess staff to the wait staff to the overall pace of the meal.
We’ve been here each of the last three years we’ve visited Condado, and every time we come with high expectations and we have not even come close to being disappointed in any way. If you really enjoy creative flavors and beautiful presentations you should try it

A strange meal at one of the best restaurants in San Juan. 2 of our entrees were sent back, unheard of here. The restaurant took care of it and comp’ed dessert for our table. Other than the anomoly of two bad dinners everything else about the night was great.

None of the items my partner & I ate were memorable. We had the rock shrimp appetizer, and the langostino special entrée, a couple of beers, a specialty cocktail, and a chocolate souffle. The food was well presented and certainly looked appetizing. The server was fine, but curiously asked us what we wanted to drink before presenting us with a drinks / beer/wine menus. For what we paid, I do not think it was anywhere near worth it. I wouldn't go back.

Let’s get the bad out of the way- first, the website menu is either not up to date or there is a menu issue, but the menu we were handed had prices higher than the website posting. I may be a little twitchy about this since I experienced menu discrimination in Japan. Second negative- an incredibly long wait for our dinner. The waiter astonishingly did not notice this until it became so uncomfortable we had to request his intervention.
So the good- the waiter went out of his way to rectify the delay, refilled our wine glasses, brought bread (not free per the menu). Oh the food was fabulous when it finally arrived. Even w my $10+ up charge from the website menu the bouillabaisse was epic. My husband’s halibut was delicious. It’s a tiny restaurant so I wouldn’t recommend it for a romantic private meal, but we ended up chatting w a family seated across from us and enjoyed the night.
