We had a 6:30 pm reservation. Our entrees were served at almost 8:pm. The waitress was difficult to locate during this extended wait so we relayed our requests through the bus bits throughout most of the meal. I clarified how I wanted my steak prepared as medium well, without oozing blood. It was served with oozing blood and returned to the kitchen. It was returned to the table a second time with oozing blood. I didn't want to tip the service was so bad but my friend insisted on us tipping. I cancelled two upcoming reservations.

We had an outstanding experience at Market Steer last night. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and the service was over the top. The attention to detail was wonderful and they left no stone unturned. The food was simply amazing. Very high quality and execution. I definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting Santa Fe and we will definitely be back! Kudos to all involved and thank you again for a fabulous evening!

A really wonderful steakhouse. The wait staff are superb and very attentive. The food was excellent and the steaks are reasonably priced for such an upscale establishment. Well worth a visit.

Beautiful restaurant with great quality. The steaks were cooked to the correct temperature and the sides were delicious. The broccolini was amazing, could have used a few more pieces though. The bread pudding is definitely something to be shared.

After 30 years of visiting Santa Fe and trying steaks at virtually all upscale restaurants in Santa Fe, and being disappointed, I finally found an amazing steakhouse. Market Steer Steakhouse is now our favorite restaurant in Santa Fe. Our favored waiter, Russell, is always attentive but not intrusive.
