First time trying out this pizza place after reading good reviews. Had a reservation on a Saturday evening. The place was very busy and music was very loud. Hard to carry on a conversation. Took a little bit to get drink orders taken and delivered. Wished the beers were a bit colder! We ordered cheese bread as an appetizer and it was very good and came out promptly. We then ordered salads and two, eight inch (small or personal sized) specialty pizzas. The salads were just so-so. When the pizzas came out there was a small and medium pizza. When this error was brought up, we were told no, you ordered a medium not small. No attempt by wait staff to check the ticket (though the person had not written down our order…) so finally rather than argue - we accepted (and paid for) the medium. The pizzas were tasty but nothing to rival other pizza shoppes in KC. It took a bit to get our check and leave, so, overall not a really favorable first time visit.

Had no tables for our reservation. Crammed into a part of the bar and couldn’t move. Parking was terrible and the servers were… Won’t be back. There are plenty of other places to go.

The pizza and brisket sandwich were top notch per usual! Friday night, first night of Restaurant Week, and the place was hopping. Our waiter was phenomenal dealing with five adults and two littles as well as his other tables. Thanks for putting up with us!! 😉

It was our company Christmas party( Grandview Branch ) and we had an amazing time. Our waitress gave us exceptional service and helped us decide on what drinks, aps and food we were looking for. The pretzel appetizer was out of this world. The Hard Way beer was outstanding as was the Easy Way. Our party was a party of six and everyone really had a great time! We will definitely have another company get together here in the future.

The food was really great and our server did the best they could with all the tables they were covering. We sat on the patio because it was a beautiful night, but the live band was extremely loud. Our party could hardly talk to each other or communicate with our server. We asked if it could be turned down a bit and our server stated she had asked them already because it was making her job challenging. Again the food was great and I’d definitely come back, but will probably call ahead and come during a time that there’s no band.

The food here is phenomenal; as are the cocktails and beer. Freshly made everything. The atmosphere is comfortable and casual. The service is always consistent, efficient and friendly. There are low and high tables inside, a large covered patio outside and a few picnic tables outfront to enjoy the great food and drinks.
