   We had a wonderful experience at Masaki. The staff was attentive and friendly. Food was delicious. We did a Sake flight and greatly enjoyed the sake sommelier’s expertise. Wonderful dining experience

   My third time at this restaurant. The tiger shrimp were outstanding. A good selection of vegetables in the tempura and it came at the right temperature. Some renovation taking place at the time of our lunch; the staff apologized for the noise and since we had made a reservation through Open Table, we were offered a complementary dessert for the inconvenience of the construction. Will return on my next stay in NOTL

   It was an absolutely marvellous Mother’s Day celebration with my family. The reception was warm. The staff friendly. Our waitress was very accommodating, and was really nice. The food was amazing as always. Looking forward to the next visit.

    As a first time customer I enjoyed the experience. The only thing I would critique is that too much salt used especially in the Miso Soup. You can always add but never take out :)

    I lived in Japan for several years. I have now found my sushi place that has comparable and authentic dishes! There was five of us and every dish was tasty, presented well and absolutely amazing. Thank you for making me miss Japanese food in Japan less!

    Our second time dining here. Our first time was wonderful, not so much the second. Food is always fresh and tasty and presented very nicely. Our waitress was not attentive at all, we actually felt quite ignored. We waited 20 minutes for edamame, which arrived cold. Very disappointing. Not sure if we will dine here again

    Absolutely the BEST Japanese food we’ve had in a long time. Our whole family loved it. This place is a gem. A must-visit while in Niagara. Now we know why they have such perfect ratings on Open Table!

    Outstanding sushi, sashimi and rolls. I wish we had been a party of more than two, so that we could have samples additional dishes, but the three dishes we did have were very generous, and we couldn’t handle any more. On our list of “must” restaurants every time we go to NOTL.

    Have been here multiple times. Our family always stops here when vacationing. Never disappointed. Service and food are excellent and worth the high price you pay for it. Our server was extremely attentive. My favorite rice bowls and rolls were absolutely delicious and presented in unique heated stoneware. Would go here again and again!

    We were a little surprised by how expensive the sushi was on the menu but we ordered it and it was the best sushi we’ve had in ontario (and we live in toronto where there are lots of sushi options). Outstanding. We didn’t try their sake menu but would have if we were planning to have drinks.
