This is one of the very best Japanese restaurants I’ve ever been to. Being a vegan sometimes leaves you with limited options so my wife and I choose Japanese restaurants frequently. Masaki was a real surprise. Although- It’s hard to find- a small sign on the side of a building which leads down stairs to a basement location. Once you’ve found the place everything falls together. From start to finish the service was wonderful..Beginning-The edamame was slightly fried, salted and done just right. The battered tofu was a real treat- absolutely delicious. The seaweed salad laced with fresh greens - definitely try this! And all the sushi’s were equally exceptional. The price was reasonable. Would give an extra star if I could!

Absolutely love this sushi experience. The food is perfection. Delicately handled with perfect flavour balance. Try the sale flights! Generous, fun, knowledgeable experience.

We got a last minute reservation here and are so happy to have been able to get in to this fabulous gem. Excellent experience and our server, Kozue, was helpful and friendly. The food was fresh and beautifully presented. If you enjoy sake, they seem to have an extensive list and flights are available. Overall, a wonderful dinner!

My daughter and I love this place. We drive all the way from Georgetown every once in a while to have lunch here. Super clean, and lovely service. Highly recommend.
