Having grown grapes for the last 20 years we have established ourselves as one of the premier award winning grape growers in the valley. Our story started with our family immigrating from India in the 1990's and making Okanagan our home. We have always worked to establish ourselves as hard working and determined family.

The name Kismet is derived from the Punjabi word 'destiny'. We consider ourselves lucky to be able to consider Canada our home that provided us with endless possibilities. This has been a long time dream of our family to share our labour of love and hard work directly with customers.

Loved the Masala Bistro, great food with a stunning view over the vineyards. Started with veggie pakoras that were light and fluffy with great seasoning. Followed with lamb malbar that was divine - perfectly seasoned for a medium heat. Adored the naans, light and fluffy from the tandoori. Service super friendly, good recommendations from Noah for wines to accompany each course.

Some of the best flavored and tasting food we have eaten, even in India. All fully freshly cooked, arrived and they were unloading so much fresh vegetables. The tandoor mixed plate would say is a must.

Great place to go to. Be sure to sit on the patio as the vineyard view is great. The tandori lamb is absolute perfection. Only complaint was my wife’s butter chicken was too spicy. She did request mild and they only provided some yogurt to cool it which didn’t really work. It should have been replaced. This was our second visit here and may not be a third.

The food at Masala is incredible! The Tandoori chicken was amazing and the veggie pakoras are light and crunchy! I've been here twice and every dish has been superb. All the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend Masala Bistro for legit Indian food (complete with Kingfisher beer!)

Food was excellent! Best Indian food we have had. We had Prawn Chingari Malai and Malbar chicken...lots of prawns! Service was prompt and server was very good. Not quite enough rice with meal for our liking. Had the mango ice gream ....absolutely outstanding! We will return with our friends soon.

We were a party of 6 for lunch. One of the party has several food allergies and the chef called beforehand to discuss the allergies. He prepared a special dish and appetizer that were outstanding. The other meals were also extremely good and reasonably priced, including the special meal. Would definitely go again and recommend the restaurant.

Excellent service! Genuine and non rushed. The food was Outstanding…as usual. Ample portions. We were celebrating our anniversary with family and prior to leaving ,staff presented us with a card signed by all of them wishing us a happy anniversary! Very nice touch and much appreciated. Great dinner at Masala Bistro and great service. The only thing we would criticize is the ambiance - a large room with no special feel to it. But everything else from being welcomed when we arrived, to our server, the food and even the only other table occupied when we were there (family with small kids who were very well behaved and got along fabulously with my husband) was a great experience.
