A wonderful Lookout Mtn neighborhood place that visitors will enjoy. Casual and warming even if too cool to sit outside. Food is consistently good and service is always attentive and friendly. Music playing from sound system was a little too loud for late afternoon, which made conversation difficult. Otherwise, it was another good visit!!

Rough night. And this is the second time in a row there. Pizza was burned, service, extremely slow, and attentive, and it was virtually an empty restaurant. I just wish they were more options.

There must have been a major problem because we have never had to wait for over an hour to get our food. Since it took so long our meal was comped which was nice, but then it took forever to get our check because they wouldn't comp the wine. It was the worst experience we have had at Massey's Kitchen. The food was good, but the music was loud. I don't know why restaurants think the music has to be louder than the conversations. Everyone I know appreciates it when you can hear each other talk, and it's hard to find a place where that happens.

The food was fresh and so delicious. We ate here twice in two days on our vacation. The sausage and cannellini bean soup was phenomenal. The hummus and falafels were bursting with flavor. The tzatziki chicken and Mediterranean chicken salad were an explosion of flavors. The prices are a steal! Nothing overly expensive. The restaurant itself is open but not too loud. It’s a bright and inviting atmosphere indoors with an outdoor seating area as well. Don’t skip this place or you’ll regret it! We will definitely be back when we’re in the area.

The outdoor space was nice and open. The baked feta appetizer is beyond amazing and I highly recommend the wood-fired pizzas. The staff was friendly and responsive. We will definitely make the drive up to Lookout more often now!

My husband & I have eaten at Massey’s almost weekly since it opened. The ambience is wonderful, & we love that most times the weather has been nice enough to eat outside. The food is very good, although could maybe use a little more variety for us regulars. Love the Mediterranean Chicken, & the Banana Walnut Pancakes on Saturdays & Sundays. Service is generally very good, although this past Sunday, we stood in line way too long to be checked in. Yes, they were busy, but not that busy—just in need of a better system. There were plenty of tables & 2 of the 3 parties waiting had reservations. All in all, we are very happy that Massey’s has come to Lookout Mountain! Could you add some coffee drinks to the brunch menu?

Clean establishment. Nice decor. Menu selections on point. The pita I got didn’t hold up well so I had to use knife and fork, and the bacon (we came back for breakfast) was so skinny it wasnt worth the price. Otherwise, the food was delicious. I really enjoyed the buttermilk pancakes! Bella was our server for dinner and she was wonderful. She even made it a point to stop by our table at breakfast to say hello. Nice touch. Would definitely eat there again!

I ordered the burger with egg on top with fries, it was delicious. All the other food looked great as well. The place was clean and was very busy. It was about a 30 minute wait for food but was seated at noon and the place felled quickly. I will go again when in the area.

It all starts with the patio. Sitting outside with the breeze and beautiful scenery adds to the great dining experience. But, the best part is the fresh, tasty food. I’m not a huge Mediterranean cuisine fan, but there is plenty here to enjoy regardless. The pizza is awesome. I mean AWESOME!!! The dough is the star here. They had the pizza oven flown in from Italy. The salads are fresh and big, enough for two people. The Italian sub is massive and packed with fresh meats and cheese. And, the bread is wonderful. So, drive up to Lookout Mountain for a mouth watering adventure. You won’t be disappointed!

Go and enjoy a wonderful meal at Massey’s Kitchen, I am so happy we have a wonderful place to dine on the mountain. My only disappointment was they were out of a few dishes on their menu, granted it was a little after 8, but they don’t close until 10. The staff were great and attentive. Tip-for the Falafel and Hummus dish, serve it with pita and with out adding to the price. Traditionally middle eastern dishes are always served with pita/bread, because this is what they use as their utensil. The Hummus is very good and I rarely like someone else’s hummus. I grew up eating and preparing traditional hummus with homemade pita bread all my life, my father called hummus Syrian peanut butter. I will be back soon!

What a lovely place! The outdoor seating was beautiful and relaxing. Our server was so sweet and helpful. The food tasted authentic and the presentation of our dishes was top notch! The gelato was amazing too.

Typical American restaurant, not Mediterranean as they advertise. They had 1 item on their menu that could pass for Mediterranean sub par… nice little restaurant if you’re post church service and up on lookout mountain. The service staff members seemed to be extremely novice in the restaurant industry, we waited over 45-55 minutes for our order to arrive at our table. I’d give it 6/10.

I really enjoyed the ambiance and decor of this place. My blueberry pancakes were delicious. The eggs fell short for me, and the cheese wasn’t melted into the eggs as it should have been. Both my breakfast potatoes and eggs were served lukewarm. Our server was new, but he did a good job. I really hope they eventually provide more protein options that aren’t read meat; I would love a chicken sausage or turkey bacon option.

First time there….I was immediately excited….love the window bar the inside decor and of course the patio! My party of five enjoyed the food the server and the ambiance. Massey’s Kitchen is a hit! I’ll definitely go back … even tho it’s not in my neighborhood. Make is a must see for you and yours!
