   The wine choices were good. We enjoyed our arincini app and the homemade bread was delicious. Our entrees were good but not as good as I remembered from the old location which seemed to have more selections of meat and seafood.

   Good food, great view and outstanding service. We had the Rustic Garlic bread , Caesar salad, Stuffed Chicken Parmesan and AAA Beef Tenderloin. The only thing I did not care for was the potato tian side.

   Our experience at Massimo’s was great! Our server Zlatko was very kind, attentive, and helpful to us. Not only did he constantly check up on us, he gave us very good information of Niagara Falls and even took some great pictures for us. The food was great, and we had pleasant time at the restaurant. They even gave us a nice complimentary dessert for celebrating our engagement. Would recommend for a romantic dinner.

   Nobody should even consider eating here ! We were a group of four, two appetizers, two pastas, two steaks and four desserts. The total bill was approximately $800. The portions were very small and unimpressive, the steaks were about the size of a tennis ball 3/4 of an inch thick and so tough we might as well have eaten an actual tennis ball. Extremely disappointing for an Iron Chef quality restaurant.

    Our anniversary dinner was fantastic! We requested a window table but it was unavailable and our hostess gave us a wonderful large cushy booth. The service was impeccable. Cocktails and food were a bit pricey but not anymore than any other place in the area. My pasta was delicious and my husband liked his chicken also.

    The entire meal was pure culinary perfection. The bread served in the beginning was warm, buttery deliciousness that set the tone of the entire meal. The staff was prompt, fun, and seemed to really enjoy working, entertaining the customers as well as serving them. Jake, our server, was the best, enduring our teasing and endless questions with a smile. It is so nice to see happy employees return to working post COVID. We throughly enjoyed every bite from beginning to end. Dessert topped our meal along with a delicious cappuccino. We will definitely return when visiting Canada in the future.     Massimo should be ashamed to have his name involved in such a sub-par Italian restuarant. Will never go to any place he is a part of. The food was terrible. At any price. I wouldn't eat there again even if it was free. RIDICULOUS.

    The food was ok. Not as good as I thought it would be for the popularity of the restaurant. We seemed to be annoying our waiter from the beginning of our meal to the end. We ordered the caesar salad and Arancini balls and they were great. I ordered the gnocchi as my main dish and it was not great. The view was amazing but the service and food were disappointing.

    Service was outstanding. Food - Average. especially for a main plate minimum of $45 & appetizers of $20 each … Drink was terrible. If you don’t mind spending at least $100/person for OK food but a beautiful view, i’d recommend this restaurant. Beware of the 8% LF fee

    We were wonderfully welcomed by the hostess who saw our disappointment in not having a falls view table and within moments of one being liberated, switched us over. We proceeded to order our food and ask for wine pairing, with a tasting, that goes best with it. Our appetizers, the buratta and aranchini, came before we had even been given the wine to taste. We had to wait while the aranchini got cold until the wine was finally selected and served. The appetizers were delicious and would highly recommend. Our mains, the mushroom pasta and gnocchi were brought go our table while we had no utensils to eat them with as they had been cleared with the appetizers and never been replaced. They were bland and remained uneaten. When mentioned to the server, she said she would just add pepper. We proceeded to return them, the table was cleared once again. We then ordered desserts, the crème caramel and tiramisu with coffees. Once again, the food arrived without us having utensils and our coffees. The desserts were delicious and would highly recommend. The manager did come by and removed one of the mains but not both off the bill.

    View and staff were great. But the food is not good. I don’t typically leave food on my plate but I did. Even seemingly basic things like pats were not done to perfection. It is not authentic Italian food, but a poor take on it, the “focaccia” free starter was essentially cake with salt sprinkled on top. Not at all the right textures. Gnocchi very chewy. All in all we didn’t have a negative experience due to the staff and nature of our celebration but we weren’t impressed by the food at all

    We had a lovely time. The food was amazing the view was beautiful and our waitress Maddy was a sweetheart. She made everything fun and light. It was very expensive but then everything at the falls is. I’m not a tourist as I live in Niagara so with everything being so over priced I rarely go. But the food and atmosphere was amazing so that made it all worth it.

    Food was good, service was great! Place is “tired”. Venue needs ‘sprucing up’. As simple as menus without stains and turned corners. Overhaul is needed. But back to basics…food was good and service was great

    The only good thing about it was the view. The food was overpriced, too salty and the service was terrible. We helped our selves with the wine because our waiter was not aware of our needs most of the time. We gave up on our desserts for the same reasons. We paid about 230.00CAD and felt we just threw our money away.

    We had a reservation and when we arrived were seated promptly at a table by the window with a great view. The drinks and food were really good. It was the best food we had on our trip. The service was great. The manager gave a great wine recommendation. The only downside was there was some noise from the shared arena outside the restaurant. There is a buffet next to it that was busy with a lot of families.

    Lamb Chop - had been just disgusting, not possible to eat at all. Meat was not good, and it was overcooked - needs enough power to cut it. French Fries - for $15 you get the horrible ones, completely over fried. And they put LF tax to the bill - which is in reality not a tax, but just additional fee for the restaurant - without notices that in the menu. Smelling like a trick just to get more money.

    Even we were delayed, they honored our booking. We give prompt and excellent t service. Jatin made sure we were seated and served immediately. It will be a treasured memory for long.
