Reservations highly recommended.

At Massimo’s Italian Fallsview Restaurant old world tradition meets new world style, and with every meal, diners experience a true taste of Italy and the finest of Niagara Falls.
Food was disappointing! Very limited menu and expensive for the quality. Lots of screaming kids which was a bit shocking - did not expect to fork out $300 for dinner for 3 in a Denny’s atmosphere. View of Falls was nice of course but the experience was a big fail.
Not first time visiting Massimo’s, and will not be my last.
Food and service s always amazing.
Valentines weekend, good price; awesome view
Wonderful view and ambience. Excellent food and service. Will def go again.
The food was delicious & our server Matt was great! My only complaint would be that we requested a window seat when we made our reservation, but we got seated in the middle area under a bright light. We were hoping for a more dark cozy, candlelit table and were a little frustrated when the couple behind us who did not have reservations got seated at table by the window. That aside, the food and service was very well done.
Overall, the food was delicious and the view was great. Would highly recommend.
The view was very nice and romantic for our Valentine day dinner. Food was good, but over priced. But we expected that given it is the falls and you pay for the view. Service was good. A couple with a young baby was seated beside us, and at first I was not impressed but my wife reminded we were there 20 yrs ago and we chatted with the young couple.
Food was okay, we had a few dietary restrictions (halal) and weren’t able to substitute meat for veggie because it was Valentines Day and busier. I ordered a Whisky Sour for my drink and it was way too strong, and I didn’t touch it for the rest of the night. I know I could have said something, but the server didn’t ask if it was okay either, which prevented me from wanting to say anything. Ambiance was good, server was friendly and did her best, food was good (loved the mixed greens salad), but I don’t think it was worth it for the price we paid.
Everything was perfect. Yet, the price is high for the amount of food received but that’s expected with fine dining and a view!
It was my wife’s birthday. An excellent evening. Our waitress was superb and very accommodating & friendly.
Jordan our server was amazing, the atmosphere and view were spectacular.
Great food great service AMAZING view of the falls!
View spectacular. Service exceptional. Food so so, had way better food at lower in places.
Won’t be returning anytime soon
Had the garlic bread, the first three slices were made with fresh bread, however the last two were made with stale bread. The lasagne rolls I had were too cold for my liking and had a little too nuch parmasean sliced cheese in the middle and it want melted as the roll must have been made while cold. My husband had the fish which was drenched in some mustard seed sauce. He was unable to finish it as it was too strong.
Booked a reservation well in advance and asked for a quiet table with a view of the falls. Hostess knew we were celebrating my husbands birthday, she then preceeded to sit a family with young children that were out of control at the table beside ours. We asked to move as we couldn't even hear ourselves think. It really ruined the evening. Food was expensive for what it was and the only thing that this place has going is the view of the falls. Hostess's were more intrested in chatting with each other than making sure the customer was their first priority. Felt bad for our first waiter who was a really personable guy who ended up with only the noisy family in his section all night. Our new waitress was great as well. Wouldn't come back, wide selection of wine that wasn't really anything that was known and poor choice of ciders and coolers.
Fantastic service. Delicious food. Reasonable prices.
We had a lovely waitress, and the gnocchi was incredible!
Beautiful view nice inside food was 7 out of 10 server was slow and saw here 2 times, one dinner of the 4 was cold and they did nothing about it ...... disappointing overall when it’s a special evening 20th anniversary.......
So delicious! We enjoyed the greens and calamari to start. The salad was one of my favourite of all times! We ate every bite of our main dishes too. My steak was perfectly cooked and all of the veggies were tasty. My son’s pasta with shrimp was yummy. The tiramisu and flourless chocolate cake were the perfect way to end a wonderful meal. All of the staff were attentive and respectful. We will definitely return the next time we are in Niagara Falls.
The food was overpriced for quantity. Disappointed in view
The food was excellent and the view spectacular. The waiter did a very good job and was very attentive.
I was underwhelmed by the food. Although I selected a tame entre, gnocki, the sauce was sinplistic. The appetizer out performed. But when you are paying 38, for pasta you expect better than average sauce.
Only Ok. Nothing terribly wrong, nothing exceedingly great.
Its pricey and fancy which are 2 things I dont typically enjoy but I LOVED it and I would 100% go back and I would 100% pay that price for the amazing food again! Also our waiter Filepe was awesome!
Would not recommend this to anyone..not worth the amount of money they charged. The waiter knew automatic gratuity of over $60 would be charged, they didn't give any attention. Forgot to bring our food, has to ask 3-4 times for the condiments...overall bad experience and very mediocre food.
Service was great. Food was amazing. It is defintiely worth the price!
Timing of food delivery was terrible: Bread and olive oil after appetizer, then main course only a few minutes after bread. When arranging cutlery for bread, butter knife was put on table but no butter arrived only olive oil !? General ambiance not very nice, only a curtain separates the Massimo dining room from the buffet next to it. Will not go back.
I believe the view and ambience is to compensate for basic taste
Excellent food, great service...a bit pricey but it's tourist area in a sense, so you kind of expected that.
Overall great "Falls View" and great service. My service associate Phillip was very polite and helpful.
So glad we made a reservation and came here. The view, the food, and the service was fantastic. I had planned on the two course pre fix advertised on the website for Friday night between 5 and 6 pm seatings. However when I got there the only option was 3 courses. Was more food than I wanted but everything else was perfect.
The view is amazing but the food is honestly not very good. And certainly not worth the price.
Only thing I'd say is I tried booking online and kept getting told not Avail. Finally got a time. when we got their... we were the only clients. Might wanna look into your online booking app
A magical dining experience. The view of the falls lit up at night along with the other decorations made for a wonderful evening.
The red pepper tomatoes soup tasted like bland pasta sauce, the pasta was overcooked, flavorless and sticky.. the sauce tasted like I could have made better sauce at my home for 1/20 of the price. Easily the worst pasta I had ever tasted.Expensive and not worth the money. However view was spectacular.
Great view and very nice restaurant and excellent service, however, the food was sub par. We had the lamb and the duck tortellini. The lamb was over cooked and the duck was dry.
Great service, food and location. I would recommend to all my friends.
Absolutely one of the top 10 meals, and heartwarming experiences for both my wife and myself. Wish we could visit Massimo’s daily
For the money paid I was expecting the food to wow my wife and I. It didn't. Other than that the place was amazing at 100% with no complaints.
Massimo's was great. We went for my parent's 35th wedding anniversary and the waiter was lovely. He made great recommendations on food and was very attentive.
Only small miff - I wish they had given us a table with a better view and further away from the entrance.
My first complaint is that the hostess was rude and lied about seating accomodations. She told us that there were several people waiting for a window seat and within 2 minutes (4) window tables were open. Also, the food is just not that good and not worth the price. The price you are paying for is because you have a view of Niagara Falls, but it is not worth it...
