The staff was exceptional, the service was amazing, the food was very traditional, & the products they stocked were even better. I got 3 bottles of balsamic to go !

I absolutely could not wait to have a moment to write a review about this restaurant and its owner, Ms. Rita. Words are truly hard to capture how absolutely amazing the food was, but even more moving, was the service! My wife and I truly felt like we walked into Ms. Rita’s home for dinner the moment we sat down. She explained how she only used the best and freshest ingredients, she provided the best wine pairing suggestions, she provided so many different samples of food we did not order, just so we could experience the ‘tastes’ of Italy. I could go on and on, but I will end by saying this, if you’re ever in Rome for the first time, you would be doing yourself a disservice by not making Masto one of the very first restaurants you visit. Tell Ms. Rita we said hello and thank me after! 😊

We had our best dinner in Rome here. The proprietor,Rita, was very welcoming. She discussed her offerings with us and provided exceptional service. Highly recommend!
