    As always, enjoy going every Wednesday for the casino draw. Then we stay for dinner between the draw. There is a good choice on the menu. Price on the wine is great as it happy hour. Thank you

    I actually went to the Campbell River Match. There is some quirk with Open Table that eve though you are booking CR, it says Courtenay. That said, great food, accommodating and smiley staff, good value.

    It is attached to a casino so louder than a typical sports pub. Food was surprisingly bland and not particularly fresh. Would definitely not recommend for the food or if you like Pilsner. They don’t have any, limited selection of beer choices.

    We arrived for a 5:30 pm reservation and were immediately escorted to our table. The waitress was friendly and very efficient. We tried the pitmaster bbq platter that was new on the menu and it arrived steaming hot and absolutely delicious . Half price wine night was also a bonus. This was probably the best meal we have ever had there and hope it becomes a permanent item on the menu

    I had the two piece Fish and Chips. My wife had the Clubhouse. My fish was well cooked and the chips were good. Slaw and tartar sauce were both bland. Wife's sandwich was wayyyy too thick, who eats something like that. Turkey not slow roasted, rather more like turkey roll. No surprises, Pub Food. Our expectations were just that and we were not disappointed.

    Hostess was rude about us using OpenTable. Had the worse attitude acted as if it was my fault that she didn’t know how to tell the app she had a full house. But the bartender where I was seated was super polite and attentive.

    We went for the rock and roll bingo on Tuesdays. The crispy fish tacos were very, very good. I had coffee. The Bingo was good but it took a long time between games. 3 Bingo games in 2 hours.

    Best Food Value for Money in The Comox Valley. Service was excellent. Its a sports Bar so you have to expect TV's noise and other sometimes unusual occurrences. Best Fish and chips in the Valley.

    The turkey dinner was not very good. The dressing was awful and the turkey was rolled meat. Sorry I ordered it. Two of us were very disappointed.

    The food was excellent as was the service even though they were short-staffed the night we were there. Food was very reasonably priced and we won a free entre while we were eating. Booth was comfortable for my disabled husband. Our only complaint was the LOUD music complete with thumping bass! It was hard to carry on a conversation at the table. We would do take out another time but I doubt that we'll return to eat-in which is too bad as it's such good food with great value!

    wont be coming back in a hurry. Booked ahead to get a table at lunchtime and advised ahead that we needed to be out by a certain time. An hour later we had to ask for our meals to be boxed up to go before they had even reached the table. Server made several comments about how we had chosen the wrong time to order as it was busy - no apology and made us feel like it was our fault. When I checked my meal later the chicken in the salad wasn't even 2oz so very disappointed in what we did receive. When trying to pay our bill, the server took one payment and then left the table with no explanation, to go and serve drinks at the bar, making us wait even longer to be able to leave. Very poor all around.
