Ashley was an amazing server. Truly one of the best experiences I've had. She was attentive, knew what was 86'd on the menu and overall a very positive server. If I could have Ashley serve me every time - I would.

The service and food at the restaurant itself was fine, but when I attempted to call, ask questions and reserve a table, nobody ever answered the phone! I kept getting a recorded message that said they would call me back but I have a feeling the message I left got cut off and they never received the complete message because they never called me back! I suspect their answering machine was full. I gave up trying to call them and booked online.

Ambiance, food were great. Server was nice however it seemed that she was the only one working a large area with several large tables. We asked to split the bill at the end and it took almost half an hour to get the right bill between 3 couples that were dining together

Raeburn is an awesome server. He seems to have a photographic memory. Attended a gathering two months ago with a large group of friends and he remembered most of our attendees and even my and my wife’s particular orders! Wow. Anyway, he’s very quick and perked up our anniversary celebration with a surprise treat. These little things are what makes venues exceptional. Ambience great as expected. Clean washrooms. Good selection of food. No lack of TVs. A tad too loud for regular conversation but energy of place was great. All servers look great and efficient. All pleasant and smiling from reception to table service. We will surely be back. I have shared the really nice experience with my friends and family. Kudos to the Cascades Casino Delta!

There could be more vegetarian and pescatarian offerings on the menu but for a sports bar type eatery in a Casino it’s not too bad. Steaks were cooked perfectly. The ahi bowl was very tasty. Service started out excellent but when it came towards the end of our meal… crickets. Had to flag down someone to get our bill. It’s a pretty common thing unfortunately. As servers rely on their tips, 1st and last impressions count the most. Just a thought for folks new to the serving biz. Overall a pretty decent evening.

I’m a happy regular who has 2 favourite servers Sandra and Raeburn who both were unavailable to me on this dining service but received Exceptional service and attention from a sweetheart Arlyn and was happy to be greeted and recognized by management. Service was just average, never did get a refill with my coffee. Had to ask for salt and pepper, ribs I had were very chewy. All in all we do enjoy the new addition to delta.

Our experience was disappointing. Our server was inattentive. Coffee didn’t arrive until our food arrived. Refill offered after we asked for our bill. Salad was dripping in dressing and was soggy as a result. French onion soup was not hot. Overall a poor showing. Will not return or recommend.

Our waiter Rory I believe his name was, was great. Very on top of stuff and incredible customer service. The only issue I had with my chicken and waffles was that last time I had it there, it came with a separate bowl of fruit vs this time, a few strawberries put on top. I mentioned it and he brought me back a bowl with more strawberries in it. We love coming here for lunch or dinner. Always a good experience with food and service.

Never ever do I ever review any experience. Good or bad. I feel however, that its necessary for this restaurant. My partner Dan and I travel from Richmond to this restaurant for our date nights, happy hour, bad days and great days because even when one part of this team falls short the other part always makes up and we never leave unsatisfied. The management and staff are a true example of teamwork and customer service. We’ve had our challenges through their hiccups but understand they strive daily to be better than the day before. If you’re looking for the ultimate superior service Sandra and Rayburn(sorry, if I spelled that wrong 🙊) will never let you down. But ya’ll can just go when we’re not there cause we’ve claimed them, bwa ha ha ha.

I think that I have said all that I need to say in my previous 4 or 5 reviews with one exception. We have had Sandra as our server on at least 3 occasions and she has always done an outstanding job with our group which is usually 6 or 7 seniors. Thank you and we will be back in a couple of weeks.

Our waitress Shannon F was the best. She made our whole meal. My friend and I were hosting another couple. Every request we made was answered with a smile. Much better then Matches ,Langley were every request you make is no we don’t exchange chips for tater tots. Really? A a time when food is so expensive you want me to take a few and throw the rest out. Yes Delta charged us $2 to do it. That was fair. Langley charged us $7.

We were served sour Budweiser - they changed the keg and that keg was sour / skunky as well. When we asked for a substitute tap beer - the brand offered was much more costly - but no effort was made to reduce the cost of having to accept a more costly beer because the domestic beer keg was exposed to heat at some point in shipping and storage. We were told they have been having problems with the product earlier in the week - at least the bartender was honest. Last year the turkey dinner was stellar - the very best ever. The turkey served last year was carved off a real bird with generous pieces of meat, the stuffing was beyond delicious and the cranberry sauce was magnificent. I was so excited when I read that the turkey dinner was back on the menu. When the meal arrived it was a very different presentation. The turkey was from a commercial rolled product and pre-cut into pale thin slices that were almost opaque. The cranberry offering consisted of 2 berries and juice plopped on the plate. The entire meal was a great disappointment. Apparently they have changed Chefs.

Food and service was meh. Went for the patio but it was too cold and windy.. not their fault of course, but I think the experience might have been better if we could sit out there.
