   My friend found two hairs in her plate. We told the waiter and he very graciously got her a new dish. Everything was extremely salty. My avocado toast was very plain and I also found a small hair at the end.

   Nice new neighborhood place. Limited menu will need to expand/change if they want people in the neighborhood to keep coming back. More vegetarian options would be welcomed.

   Maxette is a nice little cafe and bar. We ate dinner on a weeknight when there were only a few customers. Our waitress was attentive. The menu is a bit limited, especially the desserts, but the food was good and reasonably priced.

    This is a great new addition to the neighborhood. The food and drinks are all delicious, service is friendly, and you can see them cooking in an open kitchen. Great vibe and will be returning often!
