Service was terrible. Had to seek and find out own silverware and napkins and the waitress took my drink before I finished it. Food was not great either, menu has shrunk or just isn't very good

We have a server that remember us when we come in. She even knows what we like to order (with waffle fries of course).we only come in about once a month….. We were seated about 10 minutes ahead of our reservation another plus. It gets pretty energetic seated next to the bar area….we try and sit a little further into the restaurant where you can talk/listen a little easier. Food as good as usual. Maybe it’s time to add a new entree or two.

Maynard's is a great restaurant to enjoy good food and beverage prices during their Happy Hour. It's a very busy place so the noise level is pretty high, but the food and service make up for having a good experience.

The service was rushed, impersonal. The food was overcooked and sad. They served the wrong potato with cheese and bacon, but we waited so long for the food, we kept it and were still charged for it. The place was packed, the service suffered. Will not return, very pricey for the quality.

This was our second visit to Maynard’s and both times our experience was really set with how we were greeted at the hostess station. The women are not very friendly. We had reservations, and were asked if we wanted dining room or bar. We picked dining as it had a shorter wait. Another family of 4 walked in after us with the same reservation time and were seated first. When I asked the hostess, there was no apology, she rudely said, “well you wanted the bar.” When I told her we didn’t, she again didn’t apologize and just said, “well we will just seat you now.” I know it is a popular restaurant, and it’s obvious they are not concerned about hospitality given they have already established a customer base.

Food was good. Only 5 minutes late on reservation. Service was a bit slow 10 Minutes’s after we sat down to be greeted by a server. Looks like she had a lot of tables.

We had reservations at 6pm, that was 20 mins. late. One of the ladies at the front desk may have been in charge, did not have a smile on her face. She looked stressed out, and some what of a "B'. this I can get over. What I cannot get over as we were seated in our booth I looked at the window blinds and immediately was GROSSED OUT! I took a video of this and some pictures, If you would like to see them I would be happy to forward to you. It was pure DISGUSTING to sit there and eat and have to look at that. There was also was no apology from anyone at that front desk for seating a reservation late.

We new to Maynard’s and have enjoyed it greatly! Lunch a couple of weeks ago and dinner last night. Food and service are great! The bar is energetic but the sound carries too much into the dining area. Be nice if some kind of sound baffles could be placed to lessen the bar noise, especially in the evening. Got to be a way. We’ll be back!

My husband and I have been wanting to do the Thursday Date Night at Maynards Rogers for awhile now and it did not disappoint. Server Brittany was excellent and did not make us feel rushed even though the restaurant was extremely busy. Food great as always and we got a break on our cocktails because we brought our movie tickets in! We will always recommend Maynards Rogers and Maynards Excelsior.
