   Was just ok. My steak was not very tender for $70. My girlfriends filet was much better. Service was again just ok. Server was nice enough but spoke so quickly we had a hard time understanding him.

   The porterhouse was done prefect and the brussel sprouts were the best I’ve ever had, a must have. We also had the sea bass which was outstanding and the service was fantastic. Bartender Angely topnotch BEST, she just does a great job of mixing your drinks as well as being so attentive. Went two nights in a row, can’t beat the HH and had porterhouse at the bar again and again done perfectly.

   Service was the worst I’ve ever received. Our waitress bailed and attended to a larger party. I ordered a cocktail and then a glass of wine to have with dinner. The wine never made it. The salmon was over cooked. We had to ask for bread 50 minutes into sitting there, although the other tables had it brought as soon as soon as they sat down. We ordered caesar salads, which came with NO dressing and when we pointed out that it was dry, we were asked if we wanted the dressing to mix it ourselves. Do NOT go here if you want to have a nice dinner. It’s a bad place in a nice hotel.

    I’ve been to the meat market in Tampa where I reside and I tend not to go places I can enjoy in my home city. Glad I broke my rule during my birthday trip in PR. The service and experience was one for the books.

    As two women who dined we felt ostracized compared to the other couples around us. We were forced to put our entire order in while others around us were able to place it when they felt ready. The waiters rushed us so the meal was not very relaxing. Lastly the parmesan potato’s had no flavor. Also when you pay with card be prepared for the waiter to stand over you while you tip which puts pressure on you which we found extremely unfair. Overall the food was decent but the service was not great at all.

    Unfortunately, high quality food should be prepared correctly. Very disappointed that multiple trys did not succeeed. Though our server approached a Manager regarding this issue, they did not speak with us.

    Another steak place that does not know how to cook a steak. Asked for med rare. Middle was med rare but outside and for 1/8"-1/4" Grey & Over Done. SOOOO over priced, Service was so so. I had to ask waitress to not stand behind me when every time she came to table. And was never around when need. Or never looked at our table when needed.

    Really beautiful spot, it’s in a great hotel on top of that with live music outside the restraunt. The waiter was informative and very knowledgeable. We spent $300 for me and my wife to dine there and that included Wagu wontons 2 orders of oyster rocker fella I got a sirloin She got sea bass Couple sides A couple cocktails

    I booked this restaurant to celebrate my birthday and noted this on reservation. Nothing was mentioned, the cowboy steak was fatty and veiny, the salmon was fine but the quinoa was uneatable, way too salty. The waiter never came back or I would have asked for a substitution.     Energetic atmosphere. Beautifully decorated space. We had two appetizers, crab and lobster cakes & wagyu dumplings, which were great, though I was surprised that the crab and lobster was very finely shredded with no real hunks of either shellfish. Entrees were inconsistent. Sea bass and filet were great. The meat market steak was seasoned beautifully and cooked to a perfect medium but very, very tough. Chocolate cake was wonderful. Service was friendly but quite slow.

    Dinner was incredibly rushed. Appetizers came out very quickly and we had barely finished those and out comes the entrees. Refills of drinks never offered. $4 for tap water. Minimal selection of sauces for the steaks. Nice atmosphere.

    We ordered the kids food as soon as we got to the restaurant since we know it may take long. They took 1 hr and 10 min to bring the kids food. Absurd even for grownups. The waiter was very rude to the point that he said sarcastically if we wanted the manager. Which we said yes and he never called the manager. Overall not good and very expensive for the food

    Our waiter, Felix, gave us wonderful recommendations and provided excellent service. The food was delicious. I ordered their mac n cheese and they were kind enough to add shrimp for me, and my husband had the cowboy ribeye, which was amazing! Although I loved their background music, I wish they would have had music in Spanish, to honor the island's culture.

    First, one of our steaks didn't come out, so we had 3 sitting there waiting for the fourth. all steaks were cooked incorrectly, either too well done, or way underdone. the potatoes were not cooked trough, and the salad was tiny for the cost. The waiter added 3 bottles of water for 8 each to our bill without our understanding. total bill was almost $500 US for a terrible experience. DO NOT GO.

    The staff was excellent! The food impeccable,& such variety. Deserts off the hook delicious, most definitely get a cup of decaf if your a coffee person...so good! I can not say enough good about this establishment. We will be back!

    We really enjoyed the restaurant last night. The food was great. The waiter was great, but the portions were too large. We wish the waiter would’ve warned us that there was going to be that much food on the sides.
