We love Mediterra generally but were a little disappointed yesterday. We go there for paella and asked them to cook it long enough to develop the crust (socarrat), The menu says to allow 30 minutes for the paella so we ordered appetizers and drinks and told them to cook it as long as it needed to get the socarrat. The paella came out in about 15 minutes - no socarrat. Disappointing...

Amazing food and great experience! My wife and I dined here for a subtle birthday outing and I was floored by the food and the quiet atmosphere. We really enjoyed our night out and didn’t have to worry about anything once stepping into the restaurant lobby. A+ on every level (and I recommend the Tapas for everyone!!!!)

Easy reservation on Open Table and they seated us right away (4pm on a rainy Sunday of course there were plenty of tables). Service was excellent, Huumous and pita excellent (Hummus great blend)... The vegetable tomato soup was quite flavorful and hearty I give it 9 out 0f 10 points. My dining companion had the shrimp coquettes which he said were good. Service was attentive and good.

I highly discourage you from getting the char patatoes for appetizers. It s was too charred. Everything else was fine. Great service. The seafood paella was excellent!

We dine at Mediterra frequently. They offer a very comfortable and visually appealing outdoor setting. The menu varies frequently with the opportunity to sample many unique dishes. Items we especially enjoy are the fried potatoes, (papas bravas), many soups, an interesting cheese board, chicken tacos (when available), eggplant parmesan (listed as pastaless lasagna), and paella. Deserts also vary frequently and we enjoy the recent offerings including the affogato, fruit crisps, and the delicious sorbet trio. Mediterra offers attentive service, fresh ingredients, and excellent preparation.

The food and service were good, but unfortunately the party at the next table was extremely loud. Even though we were seated outdoors, the noise level was difficult to tolerate. It significantly detracted from what otherwise would have been an enjoyable meal.

We've eaten at Mediterra before. It's one of the restaurants owned by the Terra Momo group. It's a fine dining restaurant with both indoor and outdoor seating. Parking is available on the street or at a garage next door. We started with some craft cocktails. The appetizers including empanadas, cauliflower, buratta, and ribs were all delicious. Our entrees of strip steak, salmon, and paella were all perfectly cooked. For dessert we enjoyed a Butterscotch Boudin, peach crisp, and a flowerless chocolate cake. All delicious. Our waitress, Shelby was friendly and knowledgable.

The restaurant needs some care/ upgrades, the tables are sticky, the chairs worn, the carpet old. The food was OK but my pasta less lasagna was only luke warm. I expected more from this MOMO brothers group.

Just another great meal. We haven't been out to eat in 2 months and chose Mediterra to break the streak. Started with an exceptional cheese plate and wine and finished with a very tasty piece of salmon. It was early - our reservation was at 5pm - so it was just starting to get busier. But our service was perfect.

Love everything about Mediterra. The service was spot on, the food came at a great pace for us also. Left the right amount of time for conversation but didn’t leave us starving forever. The food was perfect, I ordered the lamb and it was cooked just right. Will be back soon.

Last ate here 8 years ago, and the food was fabulous then. Was passing back through Princeton this past weekend with my wife, and decided to return with fingers crossed that it wasn't resting on its laurels. I shouldn't have worried; the food was every bit as creative and delicious as I remembered, and the service from Jessika was first rate. She made a wonderful meal even more special. Wish I had reason to pass that way more often.......
