   The food was great but the service was very slow and they were struggling to get food and drink orders out and people seated. There was a major event in town and the restaurant was probably busier than they had been in quite some time. We will go back and try it again on a night when there isn’t expected to be so many people in town.

   It started out poorly when the host couldn't find our reservation. The staff seemed confused and overwhelmed. I showed my email and they got us seated. There were only two waiters for a busy night? I understand staffing is hard right now, but why are you promoting your restaurant with special ads on social media before a concert when you have no staff? So we wait, and wait...and wait. Other people had messed up table reservations and just got up and left. I would have been okay with the wait if the food had been good...but sadly the food was terrible. My salmon was not fresh and overcooked, my husband's burger was obviously frozen, again not fresh and not tasty. My mom's steak was the best of the meals but a fatty cut of meat for the price. Even dessert wasn't very good. I won't be back...ever.

   Restaurant was great, but the reservation seemed to be not communicated between Open Table and the restaurant. Both myself, and the customers after me had the same problem. I was able to get a table (it was a busy night due a special event in Springfield) but that could have been a disaster.

   The food was mediocre at best, but our server was outstanding. For a place that calls itself a "premiere dining venue," it was most disappointing. We have had far better meals of equivalent food (salmon, steak) at O'Charley's for a far lower price. We will not likely be back.

   We had reservations for 7:00 and the service was awful. They didn't expect the walk - in crowd although it was known that there was a Michael Jackson show across the street from their location. We finally got someone to take out order about 7:45. We were the very last table to be waited on. The Diet Coke at the bar was flat. Before our dinner reservation we had a drink at the bar and noticed the soda had very few bubbles/barely any carbonation. When we pointed it out to our bartender we were basically chastised by her. We observed the same flat soda being served at tables around us in the dining room. The steaks were cooked to perfection but the presentation was lacking. Plain steak and veggies or potatoes on a plain plate.

   Overall a good experience. We were shown to our table promptly. Service was good at the beginning, however the restaurant started to get busy due to a show that evening and it was homecoming for a local school. That bogged things down a bit, no refills on beverages or even inquiries as to whether we wanted additional items. Servers did manage to remain friendly when they were present. Our food was very good and reasonably priced.

   This was by far our worse ever dining experience. We had reservations both for diner and an event later on and after an hour and fifteen minutes with no service and shoulder shrugs we left, hit a drive through and attended our second event. Seems they had a bus tour show up and gave them preferential service. No wait staff would take ownership of our table. I have been a Marriott rewards member for twenty five years. Things certainly have changed. Management did call the next day but really didn’t resolve the issue offering us a cocktail on our next visit
