been there before new ownership. food was good for the value , service was great not the best prime rib I ever ate but it was tasty and priced according for value paid. potato soup very tasty and hot when served. I would return but not get the prime rib rather try a steak . wedge salad very tasty.

Went Saturday night and everything was absolutely EXCELLENT. Had chargrilled oysters, artichoke/spinach dip, and prime rib. This is really the best food and service outside the CBD & quarter. We go there often and have never been disappointed. Recommend reservations.

Nice various creative choices of appetizers and entrees and a nice good wine list too. The Bartender was very helpful and could guide you through the menu, if you wish so. It was a very good dining, you can discover it, a bit far from downtown.

We were 5 people for lunch. Service was great. The restaurant is stylish but comfortable. Everyone enjoyed the food very much. It was delicious! This was our second visit and both times were great experiences.

Only fine dining option in Chalmette and worth it! New owners are trying out some new things while retaining tried and true favorites. Excellent steaks and extensive wine selection. Very friendly and owner came and talked to us. Very pleasant experience. We’ll be back!

We always love going to Meme’s! The food is great and everyone is always so welcoming. this visit we had Ashley as our server. She could not have been more accommodating or nicer! She made great recommendations and was just a delight the whole visit!! We will request her at our next visit for sure.

The smoke from the kitchen was overwhelming. The dining room was so cold it was hard to enjoy my dinner. Zero ambiance, no jazz or classy background music. Could hear all going on in kitchen. I ordered a pricey filet mignon Medium rare and it was medium to medium well. Basically fine dining prices without the fine dining experience. The service was very good and the staff very friendly.

Really GREAT oysters (raw and chargrilled) plus a prime rib diner with blue cheese salad and very cold beer. Great place for fine dining or with a date. Will definitely be back soon. Also try their Manhattans with Woodford Reserve.

Great food and staff. We watched some of the LSU game at the bar and really had a good time. Their chargrilled oysters were excellent- same goes for the prime rib dinner. HIGHLY recommend!!!

This was maybe my sixth visit to MeMe's and each and every visit was a wonderful experience. Best steaks I've ever enjoyed. They ask how I want it cooked and I respond "Pittsburg style" ...they take it from there. It's been perfection on every occasion.
