   El lugar es muy bonito ya es una temática y experiencia distinta a las que tenemos en TJ, sin embargo, no considero justo el precio-calidad. Fui por primera vez y las temperaturas de algunos platillos se quedaron a desear. Se reservó por cumpleaños y no tienen un detalle mínimo al cumpleañero a menos que solicites postre. Nuestra mesera tuvo un accidente en el que se le cayeron las bebidas entre la mesa, asiento, abrigos y en mi pareja (se entiende que pueda pasar somos humanos), se disculpó, limpió rápidamente todo y recogió los vidrios, sin embargo, no se tuvo ese gesto que se acercara capitán a ofrecer una disculpa formal o los tragos como cortesía por el disgusto.

   I order meat , pasta , appetizer , 3 beers and some lemonade , it was delicious, the service was very good and friendly, i enjoy every moment, there was a live music s gentleman was playing a saxa phone, I enjoy the music because it was different, the was an entertainer a lady was dancing i enjoy that also , the staff they speak mostly Spanish and a few speak English, don’t be discouraged ask someone that speak English so they can translate for you , I did , overall I like it , the cost for 2 people around 178.00 dollars. The restaurant is on third floor inside shopping mall , Melina restaurante in plaza peninsular, Tijuana

   Our brunch experience was outstanding! We loved the attention to detail and the food was delicious. We stayed for 3 hours and never felt rushed. The only issue I have are the prices for the drinks. It's truly a rip off. They really pushed their signature drinks because they charge $25 for each. I will recommend Merlina to a friend. However, I will make sure to let them know that their signature drinks are not worth $20+

    The restaurant didn’t haven’t any of their drinks on the menu. The food is missing flavor. Also their churro machine didn’t work either. It’s over priced to have limited items. Definitely will not recommend to my family or friends.

    Al pedir unas de las bebidas más famosas, (que voltean la copa) a mi no me hicieron la demostración. (Se lo comenté a mi mesero y quedó sorprendido, fue todo).La bebida no estaba muy buena que digamos 😅. Estaba confundida quien era nuestro mesero, jamás se presentó como tal. Al escoger una segunda bebida, me hizo una recomendación, pero yo elegí otra, el mesero me trajo aún así la que el me sugirió, me dijo si no le gusta se la cambio. En Mixología creo que tienen que mejorar. La cena (cortes de carne) jugosos y con buen sabor. El lugar está muy bonito y me tocó que amenizaran con saxofón 🎷, estuvo excelente 👌

    My husband and I came here wanting to have a pleasant night celebrating our first year wedding anniversary. We had a reservation for 7:30pm but were sat 15-20 minutes later. We were then sat on a table next to a water leak from the roof. We noticed water on the floor with a rag, but never thought their was a leak. We were not made aware of the leak nor moved from tables until we received our food about an hour later. We were first approached by our waiter, he asked if we didn’t want to move tables, for comfort. We said no, that we were fine at that table we were at. Five minutes later another person comes and bluntly tells us that we need to move tables because of the leak. We didn’t receive an apology. After moving, a waitress dropped a cup which shattered glass under our table, they started picking up the pieces, but again, they didn’t acknowledge us nor did they apologize. I soon after asked for a drink “Hocus Pocus”, made with dry ice. I was advised to wait 3-5 minutes before drinking it and then to gently crush down the drink with a glass straw. I did just that, and began enjoying my drink. After a couple minutes, my husband noticed my glass was cracked! I freaked out and immediately told our waiter. He came over, saw the cup and took it away without saying a word. After about 3 minutes, my husband asked the waiter what were they going to do? The waiter said I was going to receive a new one which we denied, we just wanted a refund. Again, he left without saying a word, came back minutes later and said they were able to take it off our bill - no apology. We asked for the bill a couple minutes before the night show which starts at 10pm. We noticed they started passing around sparklers to everyone except us. We didn’t mind, but you would think they would at least ask us if we want to wait a little for it. We paid a little passed 10pm. As soon as we walk out, the show begins. Food was just ok, definitely overpriced. It was a disappointing night to say the least.

    Fuimos a festejar nuestro aniversario de matrimonio mi esposa y yo, disfrutamos de la mixologia abase de mezcal, la Merlina a base de Ginebra y frutos rojos, probamos las ostiones Kumamoto preparas en tres formas, un sashimi de pescado en salsas negras, los tacos de filete y arrachera, el postre de elote en tres leches exquisito y acompañamos con una botella de Moët Chandon.     La mesa estaba lista a la hora de la reservación, los alimentos estaban perfectos, todos los sabores equilibrados y de muy buena calidad, entradas, sopas, ensaladas y platillos principales perfectos, bebidas con alcohol y sin alcohol ambas muy ricas, pero lo mejor fue el servicio del personal en especial el mesero muy atento, cambiando los platos y cubiertos en cada platillo diferente. Si hubiera sido necesario cambiar algo, solo sería la música demasiado alta, pero eso no afecta la experiencia de nuestra visita. En cuestión de precios, yo creo que por la calidad de los platillos e ingredientes si lo vale… cena completa para 2 personas, bebidas incluidas$2,000 a $3,000. Nada exhorbitante.

    Service was horrible for such a nice restaurant. Was sitting waiting for more than 20 minutes before we could order desert. New York that we ordered was not worth the $70. It was very chewy and and not at all edible. The deserts were good and vegetables were great. I will not be going to this place no more.

    Buen servicio, buen ambiente, pero en precio vs calidad de alimentos muy caro considerando que otros retaurantes ofrecen la misma calidad este esta sobre valorado, quiza para clientes de Estados Unidos les parecera un precio promedio por lo que pagas allá en un buen Restaurante; consideren que gastaran en promedio cena para 2 personas minimo $4,000.00!

    El lugar está muy sofocado, no circula bien el aire. Las mesas están muy juntas . El ruido para una comida a las 2 de la tarde es altísimo, no se puede escuchar nada. Pedimos un tomahawk termino medio y lo trajeron muy cocido y seco, el pulpo chicloso. Los postres crudos. Lo peor es que no puedes llevar tu vino para descorche y tienen una carta muy limitada que ofrecerte. La comida no tiene nada de espectacular y por $7,500 pesos entre 4 personas me hubiera esperado algo mucho mejor. No regresaré.

    My personal experience, the place is visually impressive, the food is good, higher priced but it is worth it. My steak was over cooked to my liking. They need to work on that. And for dinner, music was too load. If you tactic is to get you to eat faster to get out. It worked. I like to be able to have a conversation. And as more people showed up, they seemed to raise volume proportionately. Will I go back, maybe. It is more of an experience than a dinner.
