Mexicali Rosa’s is unlike any other “Mexican” concept out there today. Often copied, but never duplicated, we truly provide authentic “California Style Mexican Food” in our restaurants. Our food originates from the northern border of Mexico and the southern border of California, hence the reference to the authentic product that we cook. The result from blending both cultures creates a taste profile unique only to Mexicali Rosa’s. This cooking style incorporates the simple earthly ingredients of Northern Mexico with the subtle blending of spices and flavors of Californian Cuisine. Mexicali Rosa’s also provides our guests with the atmosphere of being South of the Border by using authentic products and décor to duplicate the feeling and experience of being down South. Our music further enhances the guest experience with the exciting sounds of salsa and mariachi rhythms. The guest experience at Mexicali Rosa’s is completed by the levels of quality food and service that we provide.

    The atmosphere is fun and upbeat. The food was delicious and hot. Great margaritas. Unfortunately, they didn’t seem to have enough staff but they were still very accommodating. We will definitely return.

    I hope they were just having a bad day. They ran out of jalapeño’s. Forgot to bring us chips and salsa. Brought the appetizer 5 min before bringing us our main course.

    Always love going to Mexi’s!!!! The staff are friendly and welcoming, the food is abundant and superb and the atmosphere is relaxing and enjoyable! Highly recommended!
