Mi Cava & Cocina family has been in the restaurant industry for 30+ years, although it has been a different concept than MI CAVA & COCINA, our passion for quality food and drinks is unparalleled. Mi CAVA & COCINA is a very long-planned project that took years of development; from looking for the perfect location which will make an impact on the community, to finding the perfect team to create an amazing menu and be confident that we can deliver exceptional service. From multiple short trips around the Northwest to the very long tiring trips to Mexico seeking inspiration, to countless hours creating the recipes that made it to the menu.

Mi Cava & Cocina is contemporary cuisine inspired from areas South of Mexico to the Pacific Northwest. We will be working with ingredients directly from the source to ensure freshness and sustainability.

                    I orded Arrox con Pollo. It was cooked different from the ones I order at other restaurants, but it had a great flavor and the lunch portion was great. It took a while to get my flour tortillas but the place was great. Atmosphere hasn't changed much since the past two restaurants. I will go back one day.

                    Place was really nice with lots of seating both inside and outside. Food was also really good and authentic. Compares to food we’ve had in Mexico.

                    Food is excellent but the service was not good. Not enough people on staff. Took forever to get food. Didn’t even take our order for the longest time. Biggest issues is that the music is very loud and not family friendly and it was so uncomfortably hot. They did not have air conditioning going and when we asked they said they couldn’t turn it on because they wanted to leave the doors open. People will not want to go there this summer if it’s that hot in the restaurant.

                    We had a large party of 11 celebrating our son’s college graduation. The staff were so kind, efficient and fast. The food and drinks were amazing! They brought out this fun sparkler and gave my son a free drink.I wish this was closer to our home in Beaverton. However, we will be back I for sure!
