We were in Vancouver for just one night and wanted to have a memorable dinner. It was worth every dollar.
Server was attentive and food tastes awesome.
Always my place to go for an amazing meal with fantastic flavours and authentic cuisine. Wonderful ambiance and overall experience.
The staff and service was amazing. The presentation of the food was spectacular. I can now see why I was recommended this restaurant by three separate people.
This is a great option if you're looking for a unique, high end sushi experience!
Very good service. We got a table with a beautiful view of the water. Food was very good!
I received a gift card for Miku Restaurant for Christmas and took the opportunity to go last tonight. Dinner was wonderful at Miku Waterfront, located next to Canada Place. Service was professional, food was prompt and the flavours were SO amazing I struggled to find words to describe it. The complex fusion of flavours made each dish uniquely exciting with delicious taste profiles that defy description. It was like seeing an action-packed movie, but in my mouth 😆 In the end, I forgot to bring the gift card-Oops, I guess l'll just have to go again ☺️❤️
Amazing! Our server Lenny was so informative and attentive! 5 star service from Lenny! The food was incredible! My favourites were the red wave roll and ebi oishi roll, the hamachi carpaccio is a must try as well! For a cocktail I had multiple sake-Ti-Ni’s, Devine! Don’t skip out on the ebi fritters either, we loved them!
Our server was very attentive and ensured a smooth dining experience. There were a couple of us that had diet restrictions, and she was very careful to check in with us if she wasn’t sure about the ingredients of a dish. Food was fantastic and delivered in a very timely manner.
Amazing food and service! We’ll definitely be back! 😊
Been here multiple times, first time ever for lunch tho. Server was magical, one of the best I've had since visiting.. Which is great, because the food was poor.
Ebi Fritters served with limp salad and very sloppily dressed. Used to be amazing, now they're smaller and not fantastic.
Aburi sushi served ice cold, usually comes out warm and magical. In general, everything felt like it had been sitting for awhile since coming out. Had a sake flight where they couldn't provide one of the choices, so just sent out the usual card instead of making a new one. Table felt dated and you can see wear on some of the dishes and plates.
Normally I wouldn't mention this, but at $225 for lunch, it should be the same quality as dinner.
Miku was my favorite place for sushi in the city, but it looks like covid killed the magic.
I have had sushi many times in Ontario… I realized last night, I have had the equivalent of fish sticks until now! Everything was so delicious!
Beautiful restaurant to celebrate my daughters 20th Birthday.
Food and service are always on point.
Great dining experience but they should give us at least a dessert that acknowledge our 25th wedding anniversary.
Excellent food and great ambience. Would highly recommend!
Great. Even though I stated it’s for my husband’s birthday, Miku doesn’t seem to know. We requested a table with view. Got a booth seat which was great but we were behind the pillar, so no view. 😓. Having said that, the food and service made up for the table arrangement.
Great location for a refreshing lunch of fresh sushi and aburi. Great service!
Rude hostess, waiter not informative.
Didn’t have table ready and made us wait for 20 minutes for our two year anniversary. Service was exceptional though while seated and food was savory. Ambience was okay.
Everything is so good and service is also awesome
Super quality fresh food. Service exceptional. The restaurant did a super phenomenal cake decorated with what I wanted written on the plate . Legible and big enough for a photo to cherish.
Will definitely visit again. Highly recommend for anyone who loves Japanese food
An amazing location and the food is better tasting than any Japanese restaurant we have been to and that’s a LOT
Service is lovely too
Our servers Asaka and Carol were very polite, accommodating, and friendly. Our food was excellent, especially the tuna belly sashimi and soba noodles. The sorbets and caramel chant illy cream were exquisite. I would definitely recommend Miku to anyone visiting Vancouver.
Had the lunch plate which was delicious and all dishes were very flavorful in their own way. Fantastic meal
Went for my sisters bday and they did not disappoint!
Absolutely delicious, would definitely recommend to friends and family
We had a wonderful server (Wassan) and the best sushi we have ever had. The Oshi rolls are to die for, in addition to everything else we had but seafood definitely stood out. Steak was delicious and there are some super fun cocktails with a great selection of Japanese spirits on the drink menu. Will be going back!
Bad service took very long to get help and the proportions were super little fort the price. Also got charged extra.
Excellent everything I have been there. Lunch or dinner. It's a win every time
TLDR: Lovely experience, Great Food.
The night out in Miku was made a lovely experience especially thanks to our servers for the night. Food was good too!
We really didn’t like the music - although we understand loud music and upbeat music is ubiquitous these days, upbeat dance music in a restaurant where you are meant to enjoy the food and the company really dampened a dine out experience for a date in our opinion, for that exact reason (music) , we won’t be returning any time soon.
The best Japanaese restaurant I've been to.
Every dish they brought out was unique and delicious.
I had the Waterfront Kaiseki which is a multi-course emal. My wife had a selection of zensai, sushi, and sashimi. All unique flavours.
My dessert was outstanding. The ebi fritters melted in your mouth. All the sashimi was fresh and tender. Highly recommend!
Amazing food! Booth was a bit small for 6 people though…
Its always a great meal, one of my favorite places to have dinner and a good sushi in Vancouver
The up scaled sushi is delicious. The service is nice and warm. The view is great. We will come back!
The restaurant was closed. We realized that once we got to the door
Great Oshi sushi and awesome view of the mountains
It was a great overall experience. I would have given it a 5 star except for the reason that we had to wait 25 minutes despite having a reservation.
Absolutely the best .the flavors , the execution on all the dishes. my taste buds we dancing .our waitress was delightful and knowledgeable as were the other staff members .. sake and wine was great complement to the dishes.. we didn't want to leave....thank you...
Everything was exceptional but the ebi fritters and red wave roll are a must.
Service was fantastic and friendly.
