We had a really nice evening. The food was exceptional. Incredible plating and beautiful use of ingredients. It was obvious that the kitchen is full of hi level professional humans. Service was top notch. Perfect timing and a few small attention to detail things that let you know that this human was very good at this job. This restaurant is very good top to bottom. Probably one of the best dining experiences we’ve had. Food was delicious! Service impeccable. Red Wave Roll and Salmon Oshi was divine. I suggest going earlier to avoid the rush! Definitely coming back.

Delicious food and amazing service. A great place to celebrate our 10yr anniversary. Everything was delicious and arrived quickly. Our server, Lenny, was knowledgeable and friendly and helped us select dishes when we couldn't decide between a few different dishes. Will definitely be back soon.

Was not disappointed with the 6 course Miku dinner! Yes it’s a bit pricey, but I’m from out of town and don’t get to come often. Very full at the end and more than 100% satisfied! Was nervous would only get a few pieces of sushi and then shocked at the amount. And each one was top quality! Great plating and service! Even answered all our weird questions about what was on the plate. They are always soooo busy, need to book weeks in advance to get a decent time. We are at 9pm…

I’ve celebrated 2 anniversaries at Miku now and both experiences have absolutely surpassed expectations. From the food to the incredibly friendly and attentive staff, it was a great night out. The Kaiseki is worth every penny. Each course is delicious and presented beautifully.

The venue is nice but more ambient lighting could really take it up a level to create a cozier and more intimate dining experience. Our server was great and attentive. The food is good, but it’s not outstanding. The plating is stunning but I am left feeling it’s overpriced for what it is.

Rarely disappoints - the sashimi lunch special is absolutely the best. Extremely fresh, beautiful presentation and so delicious. This place is a go to for me when it comes to high quality sushi.

Wagyu carpaccio was a miss for us..miku is a little carried away from making everything aesthetically pleasing and the flavor of the dishes were as good as l remembered from last time we dined in…sushi and sashimi remain the best, do what you guys do best!

Front door reception service was same bad as always, cold and emotion-less. After the receptionist, host and servers were as good as usual. Really need to address the cocky attitudes from the ladies at the door. I know and everyone knows you are busy.

Our reservation was at 9:30pm, but we were told that the table wasn’t ready and that we had to wait. When I asked the hostess how long we had to wait and her answer was simply “until whenever the guests are ready to leave”. I thought this response was unacceptable especially if you already had a confirmed 09:30pm reservation. We were finally seated at 10:05pm. This was our first time at Miku. I thought the food was really mediocre. The sushi/nigiri was underwhelming. There was a lot of rice on the nigiri and it wasn’t flavored correctly for sushi rice. It needed a little more vinegar, incorrect serving temperature, and the rice was smooshed. It didn’t give a nice and sumptuous flavor in your mouth as a nice nigiri should be. The pressed sushi was once again too much rice. I think the overall proportion are not balanced. I personally won’t go back to Miku again. I will look for other sushi restaurant when I am in BC.

We were on our girls trip to Canada and friends recommended us this restaurant as one of the best. They were right! We booked ahead of time and got a table with a great view. The place has a nice ambiance, the service is outstanding. The food is delicious. If you are going the first time please expect small portions for appetizers ( like ceviche and others) And if you never tried OSHI before I would recommend to try sampler first and see how you like it. Overall 5 star restaurant for sure!

Food and service very good. The restaurant was very busy and rather loud at times which made it hard to hear the staff when they were describing each course. We enjoyed it very much. The chilli margarita was good!
