The service was really good, it was a cold night so they offered us a complementary soup since we were sitting outside due to the restriction. Our server was very helpful and nice, and the food was delicious!

Outstanding customer service. The servers are very nice and very detail-oriented. The only downside is the patio space during cooler weather. It's extremely cold with the wind. It will be a better experience if they have something that blocks the wind.

You know the food is always the best so let's skip that. They went above and beyond with their service since only patios are open right now they always call the guests if they want to cancel the reservation or to dress up warm. They are fully aware that they cannot warm up the patio well.

First, the service was fabulous. It was a cold and rainy day and we had to sit out on the balcony due to COVID restrictions. The food was delicious! Can't wait to eat there when we can actually sit inside or enjoy the balcony on a sunny and warm day!

The unique options were great and accommodated my love of sushi as well as my vegan husband. Everything was delicious and flavoured to perfection. Due to the pandemic we sat on the outdoor patio and enjoyed the view tremendously. Definitely recommend to both sushi lovers and others.

I made a reservation, but I had to wait after the reservation time. I waited without any explanation in the middle. They thanked me for waiting and gave me fish stock, but it was too fishy to eat.

We came here for a lunch date and it was just as good as we remember it! Due to new covid restrictions, we were moved to their patio and it was pretty darn cold, but totally not the restaurant’s fault. They kept the tables well distanced from each other, and ensured that the staff kept a safe distance from us. They provided heaters to keep us as warm as possible. The food was delicious!! Service was great, and view was beautiful! We’ve come here many times and will definitely be returning in the future!

Due to the pandemic patio seating was only allowed, unfortunately they had some heating problems as the portable ones they had didn't do the job.

The staff went over-and-above to keep us warm on the patio! Offering us tea, warm broth, they were fantastic. Highly recommend!

Decent selection of Japanese whiskies. Food doesn't disappoint, may seem expensive but you are paying for the location and view as well.

Crazy good Japanese cuisine, best in the city!

Fantastic Envrionment. Service first class and probably some of the best sushi ever experienced. All around first class. Highly recommended

Wonderful service, food and view. They even brought me a little complimentary matcha cake for my birthday.

I was a bit underwhelmed by the food. There are a couple magical moments, but generally speaking not as creative and mind blowing as I expected. The sockeye salmon aburi ooshi sushi with a chilli sauce centre was a nice surprise. The ebi fritters are exceptional. But the sashimi are too small and too thinly sliced for that price. The hamachi was soggy and the hotate was just tiny. And the stir fried soba noodles taste very much like Chinese fried noodles, not very special to me. The botan ebi sushi with a truffle mayo was awesome, but it would be nice if the deep fried heads are served hot...

The desserts definitely look better and more like fine dining like than other courses. We loved the Paris brest with hazelnut and banana custard on miso honey glaze.

All in all, our server Miles was very knowledgeable and explained everything clearly. Service cannot be better.

Miku is definitely one of my absolute favourite restaurants with quality food and amazing servers! We sat by the water this time and the view also adds to the experience!

Amazing service and advice for our waiter. Food was amazing. We had food allergy restriction and they took it very seriously and reassured us during the ordering process. It is on the expensive side but for a special occasion it’s definitely worth it.
